Everything from start to finish was excellent. The food was outstanding—perfectly cooked, and flavorful. The steaks were some of the best we’ve ever had hands down. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the staff made us feel welcome the entire time. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between upscale and comfortable, making it perfect for a special occasion or just a great night out.

You can tell they take pride in what they do, from the menu to the presentation to the overall experience. Easily one of the best dining spots in the area. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we walked into Fahrenheit, our first visit turned into an unforgettable experience, thanks to our server Trevor. He made my birthday celebration feel special from start to finish. I ordered the tomahawk and it was absolute perfection, the kind of good that makes you want to dance in your seat. I upgraded to the truffle mac and cheese and it was completely worth the extra charge. My significant other had the prime rib with mashed potatoes and fries. He said it was incredibly tender and exactly what you hope for when you order prime rib.

We each ordered a specialty drink with dinner. I had their Manhattan and he had their old fashioned and both were made perfectly. Between the atmosphere, the customer service, and the hospitality, this place checks every box. So many people recommended Fahrenheit to me and now I see why. I am so glad I chose it for my birthday dinner. We will definitely be back.

It was our first visit and we were celebrating an anniversary. Alice made sure we had a great night. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and how everything was prepared.

We started with the burrata, which was excellent. I would recommend adding a fourth bruschetta slice since we only had three and ended up splitting the last one. The mozzarella and chutney flavors were spot on.

I had a Caesar salad as a side. It came out before the entrée. The presentation was not as memorable as the other dishes, but the flavor delivered. The lettuce was crisp and well dressed.

The highlight here is clearly the steaks. We ordered two filet mignons. Mine was outstanding and easily the best I have had in the last seven years. I ordered medium rare. It was perfectly cooked, well rested, tender, and evenly pink throughout.

The second filet was ordered medium but was inconsistent. The edges were closer to medium while the center was rare. It still had great flavor with the garlic butter, but the cook was not as precise. Not enough to take away from the overall experience.

Dessert is where I should have played it safe with the house favorites like the peanut butter pie or banana pudding. I chose the crème brûlée. The custard was excellent, but the sugar top collapsed into a melted clump on first crack. The tiramisu was good and had a nice twist with Kahlúa and Baileys.

Alice and the team brought out a celebratory treat at the end, which was a great touch. The drinks were also excellent. The Pear Pressure was a standout and we were disappointed to hear it is seasonal. It felt thoughtfully crafted.

Overall, a memorable night and we will definitely be back.

Fahrenheit delivers an exceptional upscale steakhouse experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant and inviting, perfect for a special night out. The food is absolutely scrumptious—expertly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The staff is impeccable: attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, which elevates the entire dining experience. If you’re looking for top-tier steaks, outstanding service, and a refined ambiance in Fredericksburg, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The food was good and the service was excellent. The drinks- margarita and an old fashion. We sat at the bar for dinner.
I had salmon and my love had steak.
I gave the atmosphere three stars because they cram way too many chairs at the bar which leaves little elbow room.

Fahrenheit 132 delivered one of the best steakhouse experiences I have had in a long time. From the moment the food hit the table, everything looked intentional, well crafted, and made with real pride. The filet came out with a perfect crust and a rich compound butter that melted down into the meat exactly the way a high end steakhouse should present it. The cut was tender, seasoned correctly, and cooked to an exact temperature with no guesswork.

The sides were just as impressive. The macaroni and cheese had a golden broiled top with a creamy interior that tasted like real cheese, not filler. The mashed potatoes were smooth, buttery, and actually seasoned, which most places overlook. Even the garnish was fresh and added to the presentation instead of looking like an afterthought. The New York strip was another standout. It had a bold sear, deep flavor, and the same finishing butter that tied everything together. It tasted like a cut that was chosen and prepared by someone who knows steak at a professional level.

The entire experience showed consistency, quality ingredients, and a kitchen that understands technique. Fahrenheit 132 is easily the premier steakhouse in the area and worth the visit every single time. This is the kind of place you recommend without hesitation.

Megan was our server and let me say, she is very attentive, friendly, professional, and an excellent serve overall. Please give her a raise, as she is very knowledgeable, and a great sales woman when it comes to trying out new food items. I have no complaints!!!! Book your reservations and thank me later!!!

Came for my birthday dinner… I don’t know if I was just so let down because of the hype or a very off night. The food was … okay?

Shrimp cigars were more like Virginia Slims. Mostly tasting the wrapper and a fried taste. What filling I did taste, however, was good. The dipping sauce was the best part.

Hangar steak was cooked to temp and the house seasoning is very good, but again.. the seasoning was the best part because the potatoes and broccoli were under seasoned. My friends lobster was nothing special.
The truffle mac and cheese had a nice truffle taste and was creamy and cheesy, but not our favorite.

Figured dessert would help, but looked at the dessert menu and nothing jumped out at me. Nothing about the entire meal screamed “exceptional” or worth the price point, in my opinion.

The highlight here is our server and the wait staff. You do feel very catered to. They are knowledgeable about the menu and specials. And our server (when I didn’t elect a dessert) still brought out a plate with a chocolate and a happy birthday message with a candle. Such a nice, thoughtful touch.

I love trying new places, so I’m not upset I came. I would definitely not discourage someone from trying it themselves, but I don’t think I’ll be a repeat customer.

In town for business and we dropped in not just once, but 2 days back to back because we enjoyed this place that much. The staff was very accommodating, they provided great service and flexibility for our large party day 1. The food was great both days, we tried several dishes, apps, deserts, drinks, etc.. Their pork chop was the best I have ever had, and I have traveled and eaten at lots of places. Their deserts were good but average, great banana pudding. Great bone marrow apps, shrimp cigar and tomato soup, bread was just good. Nice bar scene, great selection. I will return most definitely.

Review update a month later. Visited again and it was very consistent with my first review.. great food and service. Had their pork chop, elk bone marrow and banana pudding again and it was wonderful.

Our party of four visited this restaurant on a recent Wednesday evening. Our reservations (yes, you need reservations) were at 6:30pm and the place was already full-up with people. We were seated quickly at a nice booth and our waiter for the evening promptly took care of us and did an excellent job throughout the evening. He fully explained the menu and described everything in magnificent style and detail. We opted for a starter of truffle fries. They were delicious and enough for all four of us. We tried a couple of the non-alcohol drinks, The Prohibition and The Lulu Lemonade, both quite nice. For the mains, three of us opted for the surf and turf meal and one opted for the ribeye. All of the steaks were cooked to perfection. I had the sirloin and it was very flavorful and juicy. For the surf, my salmon filet was tender and flaky, with a nice crust and wonderful taste, too. Sides of wedge salads, mushrooms and green beans rounded out the meals. One of our party had shrimp scampi as their surf option and another had the shrimp skewer. The scampi were HUGE! Overall, a very nice evening. The atmosphere felt intimate, even though the tables were full of guests. It is definitely a special occasion place, not for the routine or budget, but worth the splurge once in a while.
