We were blown away by the quality of the breakfast food and the exceptional service from Robbie! He is an assest to this profession. The coffee was also very good,I’ma very picky coffee drinker.
Price was fair. Will go back on a weekend just to enjoy his outstanding hospitality and impeccable service.
Robbie and Janae made us feel at home with their warm welcome the minute we entered and were very attentive to our needs.
Will definitely go back soon.
Keep up with the quality of food and service.

We had an amazing experience at Fael’s! We were in town visiting from Texas and only found this restaurant from Google and looking at the reviews online. This is a place loved by the locals but welcoming to everyone. Janae was our server and she was very attentive, welcoming and also assisted us in ordering. She was so friendly and gave us many tips on what to go and see and do in the area and around Boston! This place was an unexpected highlight of our trip and the food was so delicious and at a fantastic price. The coffee was really good as well. We will be back here when we come back to Massachusetts to visit our family. Thank you Janae for an unforgettable experience!

Awesome experience! This hidden gem is a consistently great breakfast spot I’ve enjoyed a few times. The food is delicious. I especially like the Fael’s Omelette. The Fael’s Combo is another good option. Their coffee is very good. The menu prices are very reasonable, probably the best in town.

The service stands out. Janae was our server on my last visit, and Robbie was also working that day. Both are very friendly, genuine, attentive, and contribute to a very welcoming atmosphere. It’s evident that Fael’s is a local favorite because I’ve noticed a few of the same regulars and couples there on previous visits.

The on-site parking is a big plus, too. It’s very convenient to park right there without having to search for a spot. I am eager to try their lunch options on my next visit.

Definitely a must-try!

First time here. Always willing to try out new diners and breakfast spots.

Came here today on Christmas Eve. Not crowd at all, only few tables were already eating. We were greet and seated promptly. Waiter did take our drinks but then disappear for a good bit doing other things. (Note I never rush anyone).

He’s just chilling doing other stuff then I got my coffee. Took our orders and then we wait. Since we were the only table got seated the last 10 min, hear the bell ring in the kitchen. Waiter just chilling and talking to other customers. My coffee were gone and didn’t get refilled after 15 min waiting. Eventually, he went to the kitchen to bring in our food. Then promptly spilled out on our table, then grabbed it and put it back on the plate with his bare hands (it was Chicken fingers and fries).

With some disappointment, we skip the spilled food and ate everything else.

Foods were excellent per kids. Tasty but not hot anymore since it was sitting for a bit in the kitchen. Coffee still not refilled until I had to grab him to do so (he was going around filling others). My wife only had a cup of hot water and didn’t even ask to get filled either.

At the end of the meal when we got our checks, we were charge extra $1.07 for burkie roll. I asked him what it was and he said it was the white bread for the club sandwich. Everything on the menu is approx. 3% more also on the check. I know inflation, but still have to notify customers about charges.

Needless to say, I don’t think I will be back again for this.

You start of with a great welcome once you enter. Once seated (immediately) you hear the chitter chatter of the locals and the staff interacting with each other. It’s then you realize it’s a local favorite spot with many. The staff remembers their costumers and treat them as one of their own. In the background I love Lucy is playing on the tv and as you browse the menu you begins to see the very generous portions begin to appear from the kitchen. I ordered and my waitress was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not once did I ever see the bottom of my coffee mug. The food came out perfectly prepared. The food was hot and very tasty. I took a picture (see below). The staff noticed and she said write a review! I
Told her I would and I review placed often. Hands down a great breakfast experience and because of the superior customer service I would give this restaurant 1100 stars if I could! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I went to Fael’s during Easter weekend. It was busy, but our server Robbie was so attentive and welcoming. It was our first time and I know we will be coming back! Definitely get the Faels omelette, the BEST omelette I’ve had in the Quincy area. The avocado benedict was delicious and the omelette was filled with all the toppings.

My son & I went here for the first since we live close by, and oh boy ! oh boy., it’s like the Ma & Pa’s breakfast place, which is hard to find nowadays . The foods were superb, my son had Egg Benedicts with hollandaise sauce ,& I had the 2 eggs with home fries. We enjoyed it. The price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place, if you go in late on the weekends you might have a little bit of wait. I went back there again & this time brought my 2 sons & they both enjoyed their breakfast. .

My daughter is very fussy to eat out, but she liked this restaurant, as soon as we went in the restaurant she felt a positive vibes of the atmosphere, she was feeling very comfortable whole time.
