Factory Man Roasting House is a locally and family-owned establishment. We are a coffee roasting house that serves artisan coffee and fast casual wholesome food. Factory Man opened in July 2023 in honor of Rodney Wells and his passion for dedicated hard work and to recognize all those who get up every morning and go to work. Our mission is to be a recognized roasting facility serving and delighting the good people of our local community.

This place is amazing! Brighton was amazing, she is super friendly and makes a mean latte! We tried to give a tip and they do not take them, word of mouth is their tip…what!?! Who does just that? Breakfast sandwich was good. Very comfortable atmosphere. If your passing by don’t pass up this coffee shop.

I really enjoyed the chorizo breakfast burrito with no cheese. And the oatmeal is beautiful. The French toast sticks are super super delicious and sweet. And they’re unique.
The service here was really friendly and I really enjoyed ordering.
I’ll have to come back and try another coffee soon.
There’s plenty of parking outside of the venue and a few tables and seats inside.

This is one of those local spots that, after you discovered it, you will return to many times. It’s an industrial hip vibe, comfortable seating, tables, inside and outside. The coffee is really good. The scones were amazing. The barista was as charming as they get. We will be back.

We just happened upon this cute garage door coffee place beginning of September. Little tables outside and inside along with comfy couches inside. Modern, clean, industrial design.
Cute decor and menu! They even offer some gluten free options. A neat, eclectic menu of breakfast/lunch foods and signature coffees.
I had the Butchy Boy sandwich. Description said thick cut bacon, it was more like piled on bacon but the “egg salad” was plentiful and flavorful. A very delicious and delightful sandwich. The crab bisque is full of corn, peppers and potatoes… A creamy delight.
I highly recommend this place for just a coffee or a nice bite. Definitely worth checking out!!! I’m glad we did.

First, I’m a breakfast sandwich fiend and their sausage sandwich is delicious.
Second, and incredibly surprisingly, no tipping?!?! What?!
In a world of expected tipping for anything and everything, this business doesn’t take tips.
The lovely young lady who took my order said “oh, we don’t accept tips. We’re well taken care of. Just spread the word about us.”

Stumbled upon this place & we happily tried a few different things. French toast sticks, a breakfast burrito & biscuits & gravy. Each dish was very nicely prepared, good portion sizes & great flavors. Looking forward to trying the crab bisque next visit. Music was louder than I would like & not all the tables had been cleaned but not a big deal. Bathroom was clean (the 1 that was working).
