I’ve been to Facci a dozen times but last night it was as if I’d never been there, it was so exceptional. We went for our anniversary, with an attitude that we were “settling.” Instead we were dazzled. Most times we came for the pizza, with our kid. Last night we came sans kid and looked at the pasta and such and they delivered. The Gorgonzola pasta purses were delicate and creamy, perfectly Al dente. The scallops and shrimp with grilled spinach were cooked to perfection, with notes of sweetness. We always get the tiramisu for old times sake and we were blown away by the new presentation—it’s now made tableside. The ladyfingers retained some of their crisp, after drizzled with freshly made espresso. I’m ruined for all future tiramisu. Well played, Facci, well played.

Went with a large group on a Saturday. Shared the buffalo caprese appetizer which was very good and the wedge salad which was delicious. I also had seafood pasta which, while it had good flavor, was lukewarm. I assume that was because all the entrees for the group came at once and mine was probably made first. Nonetheless, that was disappointing. Had the chocolate gelato for dessert which was enjoyable. Service was acceptable overall and the atmosphere was nice. Overall, I felt like the price was a little on the higher end for what I received but was not completely unreasonable. I would return with a smaller group next time to see if there were improvements with food temperature.

Came in for dinner with a group. Enjoyable experience. Some odd rules I found. Overall service was slow. Was not that busy. Drinks took a while as well as apps and food. Got the wild mushroom pizza. Thought was good didn’t Rock my world by any means.
Overall was expecting more. Prices were high for the quality of food. Very well

Wanted to take my Bestie to Cece’s for her birthday brunch, but she switched up the location and wanted to come here instead. It was my first time, she had been before. The area where the restaurant is located is very nice, esthetically pleasing both inside and outside. I wanted to find outside as it was gorgeous out but it wasn’t my birthday so inside it was. She recommended the pizza because it reminded her of home (NY) and she was telling the truth, it was soooo fresh and gooood. We had calamari as our appetizer and caesar salad. The cocktails recommended were also done perfectly. I’d definitely come here again.

Went here for my birthday yesterday and the food was delicious. Me and my family enjoyed the food. Our waiter was nice and the workers were nice. We took pictures and the front desk lady offered to take pictures for my family. She was very sweet. The place did not have alot of people which is better because you know the food will come out nice and fresh. Their food was exactly that; hot and fresh. The bread was amazing as well. I recommend this place. Means my family will be back .

I used to eat here a lot with my family when it first opened and hadn’t been back in a long time. Last night, I got takeout from Facci’s and was disappointed in a couple things. One of the dishes had a hair on the shrimp and the focaccia bread was hard and dry. Don’t think I will be going back anytime soon

First time here, I was greeted with a smile which was good. The atmosphere was lovely, they have a cool bat to sit at and a clean bathroom. The beet salad was great but was a little disappointed with the wild mushroom pizza. My bottom was soggy and to much cheese on it which didn’t help. But overall, good place to come to relax and have a glass of wine, drink and food

My family & I came to have dinner tonight, Our server & host were so attentive, nice! Unfortunately we’re very disappointed on the management, we ordered a small kids cheese pizza, from my knowledge working for italians restaurant the past 5 years a cheese pizza includes shredded cheese all around the pizza with sauce, we received a margarita pizza with no basil. We asked if we can change it to something different and the server said yes & she would speak to her manager about it to take it off the bill.
He came to the table to drop off a hot sauce at our table and took a look at us and walked away, not asking what happened with our food or anything, then our sweet server came back to our table to advise us he had taken the decision to not take off the pizza & charge us for it and the meal we ordered after the mistake on their end.
The consideration of him knowing this meal was for a child and not for an adult blows my mind since why couldn’t he communicate to us instead of sending someone over to speak for him.

Ordered a dish that had chicken and sausage. I said no sausage, replace with more chicken. Manager charged me for an extra side of chicken, and still took off the sausage. He said I can’t substitute and had to pay extra. I’ve been coming here for years and I order the same thing, and substitute the sausage for chicken atleast 100 times, for NO CHARGE. I’m not getting anything extra, im substituting pork for more chicken. I’ve been to every location many many times, and because of the manager at Turf Valley I won’t be returning. I paid $15 extra for my meal for no reason. It wasn’t about the money, it was the fact he was blatantly lying to my face. I know the rules, I’ve been to facci probably over a hundred times for the same meal. Horrible new management and horrible new servers.

My wife and I visited the restaurant for dinner, and I have to say it was probably the most memorable experience of all the wrong reasons. We started off with our drinks arriving halfway through our appetizers. I guess patience was the first course.
When we were ready to order our entrees, the hostess started by asking if we’d like to order dessert. I clarified that we’d like to order food first. She then asked whether I wanted the regular menu or the specials, as though I might be ordering from memory. After confirming we were fine with the main menu, she generously provided us with one menu for the two of us, because sharing is caring
Then came the entrees. My ribeye arrived first, and my wife’s pasta made its entrance a full ten minutes later. The steak, which I ordered medium-rare, was so thoroughly cooked that I could barely cut it, let alone chew it. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, he kindly offered a tutorial on how to slice into the center of the steak to see the temperature. He even used the flashlight on his phone to show me that maybe, just maybe, about a quarter of it was medium-well at best. The potato wedges and chimichurri that came with the steak came with zero seasoning, zero taste. When I mentioned this to the Manager who came again to check if everything was alright, the solution offered was that salt could simply be sprinkled on top and how they supposedly lightly season their food.
We’ve visited this place occasionally for dinners, but this experience was hands down the worst. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.
