I’m a DoorDash driver and I picked up an order there and I watched the cook. Cook the whole meal with no gloves, grabbing all the different ingredients with his bare hands. The cashier also not wearing gloves, you wouldn’t think she would need to because she’s a cashier, but then she turns around and also helps make pancakes and waffles so she’s also cooking. Nobody’s washing their hands there. Nobody is wearing gloves Absolutely disgusting

I’m not entirely sure where the 4.1 stars are. Maybe they have other menu items that are better, but I had an order of large chili cheese fries and a cheeseburger special. Chili on the fries had no flavor and were mush. I was hoping the burger would have that charbroiled flavor, but it was equally as flavorless as the fries. Might try to return and try something else, but we will see.

Drive thru waited 20 min after we paid for our food, then she came to the window speaking Spanish(we look nothing like Spanish speaking) said sorry it’s taking so long. Finally came to the window again telling us in Spanish that it will be 3 minutes more for the corn dog(that’s how long it takes to make from frozen). Get home and all the other food is cold, go figure. Never going back!

First time here, I ordered the Colossal Burger Combo. The burger was good, grilled just right and topped with pastrami. The Fries was good. Clean inside the dining and the service was friendly.

The quality of this place has gone down. The Chili Cheese Fries was bland, flavorless and just tasted like cardboard.
The Bacon Cheeseburger was dry.

My girlfriend and me found metal pieces in our chili cheese fries :/. They look like staples. Too scared to finish this. I love their chili cheese fries but don’t think Im ordering from here for a long time. My girlfriends pregnant and it would have been devastating if she had accidentally consumed one of those pieces. BE VERY CAREFUL EATING YOUR FOOD PLEASE!

I order Asada Chili Cheese fries. The flavor was good until I noticed a long piece of hair sticking on the cheese. I did inform them and they gave me my money back. I did notice the girls working there do not wear hair nets.
