Don’t like to complain, but for the price i was not impressed. Out of the the tuna poke appetizer and also the gnocchi for the pasta. Subbed medium rare tri tip on the pasta, it came out well done and cold. I preferred the wagyu plate came out medium like I asked but was also cold. Took about 30 minutes after sending tri tip back to get another plate. I also had to pour my own wine and constantly ask for another drink for my date. Service was not good at all. Awesome place and atmosphere but I won’t be back anytime soon, especially for what I paid.

Very good food we got the balsamic brie burger, the Gnocchi Mac and Cheese and I cant remember what the chicken entree was. That said all 3 had great flavor. The gnocchi mac and cheese was everyones favorite. Took the rest home for left overs and just cooked up more noodles and stirred in the cheese sauce. Really flavorful.

Our meal did take quite a bit of time. We were in no hurry so it wasn’t too big of a deal but the manager realized it and without us even saying anything apologized and said she would take 10% off our bill for the wait.
Very pleased with the service and just simply that they were paying attention to the orders and realized they got backed up. Great service, good staff and good food. Worth a stop to try out their entrees!

Marina is a fantastic server. She’s polite, friendly and offers great good suggestions. Matt the bartender is attentive and kind to his coworkers. It’s a great place to catch the game or have a night out with the girls or a date. Highly recommend the hot wings and pizza rolls. Oh! And the pretzel bites (the hot cheese dip will change your life.) I will probably host my own birthday party here. Love it! And the wine is amazing, of course. Keep up the good work.

Dear Google users,

I’m delighted to share my review of Fable: craft bar, wine saloon, and food, a charming riverside establishment located in the Tri-Cities area.

Atmosphere: Fable offers a delightful patio setting, perfect for soaking up the summer sun and enjoying the picturesque river views. The ambiance is lively and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing dining experience.

Service: The service at Fable truly deserves high praise. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The staff’s warm hospitality contributed significantly to our overall enjoyable visit.

Food: The menu at Fable boasts a diverse array of mouthwatering options. We started with the crispy and flavorful fried pickles, which were a delightful appetizer. The jalapeño bacon burger was a standout, perfectly cooked and bursting with bold flavors. The Caesar salad was fresh and well-prepared, complementing our meal perfectly. Additionally, we indulged in the fresh sockeye salmon fish and chips, which were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – a true delight for seafood lovers.

Overall, Fable: craft bar, wine saloon, and food offered an exceptional dining experience. The outstanding service, delectable food, and charming riverside ambiance make it a must-visit destination for anyone in the Tri-Cities area seeking a memorable culinary adventure. Whether you’re a local or a visitor, Fable is definitely worth checking out this summer.

Food was good, portion was very small for the price and takes a while. I’m a firm believer you can’t rush perfection but was about a good 35-40min. They charge an additional 4% for using a card I think? I’m guessing that’s the service fee. I’m already paying partially your employees wages by tipping 20%. Your prices should include your overhead and profit margin. So don’t nickel and dime your customers. Service was excellent. My waiter was cool as shit and atmosphere was nice. I would go again, just not too often as it’s pricey. Excellent booze menu! Just look at the menu I posted. Take away the bs service fee for a star, add a lil more to the plate, maybe an additional side or fun appetizer like bread and hummus or chips n salsa type thing for another star. Than you got urself a solid reputation to a huge foodie and critic.

My first time coming here. Invited by a friend. Never knew it existed even though I’ve driven by it many times. What a delightful find. Food was great. Service was awesome, but the cooks send out food slowly. Not sure if this is by design so people can chat since it’s more a bar atmosphere, but I personally like quick efficient service. I can chat and eat at the same time. This is a place I will most defiantly revisit and bring out of town visitors. And if it’s dog friendly at the outdoor tables I will absolutely bring my small dog to treat her to a nice outdoor meal in the warmer seasons.LuLu Craft used to be me and my dogs go to place, also a place I enjoyed taking my out of town visitors, but they got pretty gouge-y bad and super fee happy I quit going. This is my new place. Love this new discovery.

This is my first time visiting this restaurant. The menu is more bar style food, which they tried to make look fancy… but it’s pricey for what you get. I decided to try the gnocchi mac and cheese and added medium rare tri tip.

Also, we ordered a shareable. We got the Naan bread and hummus. All i can say is that it is NOT Naan bread. What we got was pizza crust cut into triangles. It tasted more like fried bread. The hummus was just ok, and the vegetables that I paid an extra 6 bucks for were a couple of pieces of carrots and bell peppers….(Imagine the side you would get with Buffalo wings)

The meal came out piping hot and looked appealing visually. Unfortunately the meal was not great. The gnocchi were like heavy balls of mush and extremely over seasoned. They just added a bunch of parm on top of the food, which made it way too savory and over seasoned. The tri-tip that came out was seasoned well but dry and overcooked. I got a replacement, and the meat was cooked a lot better but salty as hell.

The service was great, as the waitress was quick and came often. We got several refills of drinks.

I have been coming to Fable for almost a year as a regular. The food is decent – my favorite being the SRF Steak appetizer – although it’s not uncommon for food to take a long time to come out (1+ hours). The main reason I keep coming back are because of the great service and drinks made by Marina and Drey. They make the best old fashioned in town, are always attentive when I walk in, and I never leave disappointed when they are working. I don’t know that I would continue to go there if not for them.

Fish and chips. Fries and gravy. Good service. Place is clean. Staff is fast. Friendly. And they know the menu. One of the better restaurants in the area actually. Fish and chips is all you can eat on Tuesday.
