We ordered 2 – 16” pizzas and some lasagna. We were delivered 2 14” pizzas. I called and despite me knowing that I ordered 16 inch pizzas, because we had 14 people we needed to feed, and I made this clear when ordering, she insisted we ordered 14 inch pizzas. It also took an hour and 20 minutes when we were told 45 so food was stone cold as well. They have some deal with the Hilton airport Blue Lagoon hotel where they are a preferred delivery, and while the hotel is nice, this place certainly didn’t hold up its end. I would just pick a restaurant and get Uber Eats if I were to do it again. Better food and probably more timely and warm.

We recently took a gamble on this place and unfortunately lost. The pizza itself was a forgettable 5/10. We ordered the chorizo. It came with diced up pieces of what they call chorizo . It tasted more like under-seasoned greasy hot dog pizza. It’s kind of “meh” that makes you wonder why you didn’t just stay home with a Totino’s. Then came the meatball sub: a sad hoagie roll with a handful of those pre-cooked, frozen Mama Mia meatballs that clearly spent their previous life in a bulk freezer bag, just sad gray orbs of regret. The fettuccine “Alfredo” was somehow worse: the same exact frozen meatballs dumped on top of overcooked, mushy noodles swimming in what tasted like knock-off Ragu that someone left open in the sun for a week. The pasta had the texture and flavor profile of lukewarm baby food that gave up on life. Honestly, if I were on death row and this place was my only option for a last meal, I’d politely decline and let the executioner get on with it. Forcing someone to eat this as their final act on Earth would be Exhibit A in a cruel-and-unusual-punishment lawsuit. Save your money and your dignity— go literally anywhere else.

Pretty good for a pizza joint. I’ve seen their garlic rolls, much different from the ones I’m used to. Next time I’m going to have to try the mozzarella sticks. I guess the only downside was the atmosphere. It was a little bit smaller. But I’m going to look past that, I prefer the food and staff anyways. And by the way, what exactly do they have in that four cheese of theirs? Hopefully not Gorgonzola or blue cheese. So what is it they have in the four cheese?

Absolutely horrible service. The cashier with dyed red hair, fake eyelashes, and brown leggings was beyond rude. I walked in and was immediately hushed because she was on a personal phone call—no greeting, no professionalism, nothing.
She acted annoyed the entire time and, instead of speaking like a normal human, aggressively tapped the payment screen at me as if I was bothering her by existing. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and embarrassing for the business.
I’ve been a loyal customer, but I will never come back after this. Management needs to immediately review who they’re putting at the front counter, because this level of service is unacceptable.

Pizza wasn’t terrible but it was cold. The house salad was just shredded lettuce and chunks of tomato. Very lame. And garlic knots were stale and cold. When delivery guy came to door he couldn’t answer my questions. Two star was being generous

Stay away from this place. Ordered delivery, was told it would be 60-75 minutes. After 2 hours, called Fabios, went to voicemail. I had to call 5 or 6 times to get a hold of someone. She said she would call the driver and call me back. After another 20-25 minutes and no return phone call, I called several more times just to cancel the order, Noone answered. The delivery driver knocked on my door 2 hours and 40 minutes after I ordered. Turned him away because we ordered form New York Pizza. Fabios is terrible, stay away

Ordered delivery. All food was cold after arriving 75 minutes after calling. Alfredo was boring like watery margerine and noodles. Shrimp was good on the alfredo. Pizza was ok but kind of boring flavor like bread and cheese. Sauce was like tomato paste without any spices. Chicjen wings are basic breaded fried with zero sauce which is like frozen wings thrown in fryer from 7-11. Its not really italian food. It had no flavor but the shrimp was fresh. And more expensive than it says but they did say the price up front after i finished ordering so that did not bother me.

We ordered Fabio’s pizza and we were delighted. It was delivered quickly and it was still very warm to eat! Delicious. Ladies I talked to were so very sweet. The delivery person was friendly and happy! Recommended by the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Miami Airport! We definitely would order again; or, check out their pizza location. They are fabulous people!
