I am from NY, born and raised, and recently moved to Charlottesville. I am very particular on the pizza I order but I had been missing home and craving pizza so I ordered from Fabio’s. I was skeptical prior to receiving the pie and trying it but it tasted exactly like the pizza place that I grew up eating back home in NY. The pizza was amazing! This was the first pizza that I had in any of the places I’ve lived since leaving NY that tasted like authentic NY pizza. It was truly nostalgic and I will be without a doubt ordering from here again!

The NY style pizza is the best I’ve had in Charlottesville. The crust is top notch. The garlic knots were good, but could have used a bit more garlic. The sauce was amazing. The speaker playing music was cracking the whole time. 4 stars for atmospheres. That’s my only real complaint. The staff was friendly and serve was fast.

Five stars, but fair warning: you order at a kiosk and they bring the food to your table, which I have no problem with. This is the best pizza I’ve had outside of NYC. I loved the breadsticks and garlic bread as well. The beer selection is not quite as good as at the Ruckersville location

I hate to rate a local restaurant so low but unfortunately based on the experience I had I had no choice. Let’s start from the beginning. As another reviewer recently stated there is only one way into the parking lot. Go just beyond the building away from Route 250 and turn in. When you walk in you are given the option of ordering from a kiosk or ordering via your smart phone. Ordering via your smart phone doesn’t give you the option of take-out so you’ll need to specify that with the staff. I was unaware of this fact but it was (almost) promptly corrected. I had planned on dining in but the lack of fountain drinks and the loud music changed my mind for me. I ordered a few garlic knots and the smallest size NY pizza offered. The garlic knots had an ok flavor but weren’t quite the texture I expected when ordering them. (They had a crust like garlic bread.) The pizza was acceptable but nothing to write home about. The staff I interacted with was friendly and for that I give them props. I always hope the best for every business but this one just isn’t for me.

We had Fabio’s catered for a large rehearsal dinner and were extremely satisfied with the service not to mention the amazing pizza and pasta. They made it so easy and convenient for us allowing us to enjoy our guests and not worry about the logistics of feeding them. Would highly recommend their catering and at least stopping by to try their food out!

Delicious pizza and friendly staff. We were accidently overcharged when we placed the order. I didn’t notice but the person at the register caught it and refunded it for us. It wasn’t much of an overcharge, but the cashier was honest and upfront about it. That honesty (along with their amazing pizza) will keep me coming back.

Fabio’s always satisfies. We love the spinach salad, calzone with meatballs, eggplant parmigiana and margherita pizza. They have perfected the pickup process and the staff has consistently been very friendly.
