Buyer beware- realized receipt was a few dollars higher than it should be for two sandwiches once we got home. Called to ask why and they said “we raised prices but didn’t update anything in the store or online” While I understand inflation has impacted small businesses menus need to reflect current pricing.

We ordered a few trays of food from F & L for our daughters Sweet 16. The food was amazing!!!!! We frequent F & L for breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I didn’t realize how delicious their catering menu food is. We always have a good experience there. The food is great and the staff is so nice! I visited in early February and found the food to be fantastic. I had The Hempstead Avenue with my sausage mixed at the suggestion of the gentleman at the counter. Fantastic sandwich and almost more than I could eat — not an easy feat. Incredibly nice folks, good food and a place with sweet tea outside the south. I will be back in town later this month and will be back to try something new to me.

So sorry to say these guys seem over it. They no longer show any enthusiasm, their deli cases are 1/2 full and seem to be stocked more like a walk-in box than a display case, the place seems dirty, grubby. It’s cluttered, dark and disjointed. The pasta salad displayed was literally dried and hard on the edges , anything with mayo was obviously very old because you could see the hardened, yellowed mayo around the rims of the pans, the cookies were like cement, seriously, cement. It’s a shame. Past time for new owners.

Nice quiet deli. I I’ve the fact that I can make my own coffee with plenty of choices on my own when it comes to my coffee. Staff is very polite and greet you with Good morning ( for most that’s a thing of the past ).

I was heading up for opening day 2 weeks ago. I forgot that I asked my wife to pick up 3 Lorenzo heroes. I ordered 4 so now I left with 7 heroes for 4 guys. Needless to say 2 days later you couldn’t find a crumb. Yea, they’re that good!

The food quality is top notch whether ure ordering a Delicious breakfast sandwich/platter,a large mouthwatering specialty hero,Or hot prepared housemade food for an early dinner! The store is very clean, well laid out with good seating for customers and a couple flat screens to watch sports or local news,all the guys behind the counter are super friendly and keep the line moving! They have been in business for over 10 years now and it’s quite obvious why they are successful! P.s they offer catering For any occasion!
