My family and I recently placed an order for 7 people at F & L Pizza and Cafe. Everything was delicious. The calzone and chicken piccata were especially yummy! The service is top-notch. The order was repeated back to me upon ordering and again while cashing me out. I had my hands full with carrying out the order and the offer was made to help me bring it out to my car. Although I declined the offer, he still rushed to hold the door for me. Truly a gem of a place!

Homemade linguini pasta is fabulous. You can taste the doughiness, the grains, and the texture is fabulously chewy. It plays with your tongue.
Can’t get homemade pasta anywhere these days. Freshest possible. And half the price of places in downtown Hyannis or Falmouth.
It is a non assuming hole in the wall, but if you want the best food….

I just got my pick up order this very second. The pizza sl I ce was hot and OMG, Delicious and so fresh! This man was so polite (and handsome) that helps too, but Holy Guacamole ! Best meatball sub ever! This place needs a true restaurant setting . He is so classy and true. If you don’t come and taste his food, I feel sorry for you

What an amazing place! I super recommend staff is extremely friendly, polite & helpful, super fast service and the food is DELICIOUS! I got a Margherita Pizza with pepperoni, and it was PERFECT! You can taste how fresh every single ingredient is. Handmade sauce made all the difference. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had for sure

Pizza tasted good but had alot of flop, had to get a knife and fork to eat.
An hour later I had diarrhea not sure why but the pizza didn’t agree with me or the wife because she got sick as well, I would say that maybe end of season the ingredients are not as fresh and the place had no customers why we where there.
Staff is friendly and the service was Ok.

EAT HERE. Don’t be scared off by the location, this place has incredible food. The pizza was bangin, wings bangin, tendies BANGIN. Service quick and the guys were very polite and accommodating. Super close to Seagull Beach, perfect lunch spot. They do have a small dining area with a few four tops. Super affordable for the superb food quality.

Great food. The mid Cape finally gets a great place for subs! Haven’t tried the pizza or pasta yet, but there’s no better sandwich to be had in the mid Cape area. We’ve been twice and had the Italian on soft ciabatta and both veal and chicken parm on a crusty French roll. Incredible. If you think k the menu is too ambitious for a pizza place don’t…the owner is the former head chef of the very excellent Pecorino Romano. If you are in Hyannis…go!
