The restaurant is attached to a gas station so I wasn’t expecting much. The food was great! The staff was very nice. Order online and had my food in 15 mins. Ended up eating at the place. Very quiet and spacious.

Nice find! My steak hibachi with a water was $15. At first, I opened the box and thought I got robbed because there’s not much steak. However, the steak was larger chunks than most hibachi places. Staff was nice. Location is a bit tricky, it’s attached to a gas station.

We are traveling to Arkansas for a long weekend from Atlanta and always pass through this area on I-40. There are pretty limited eating choices for a pretty good stretch of the drive. As a result we are always interested in new options. Well this time we were lucky. We found this brand new Hibachi restaurant that just opened. The staff was friendly, we didn’t have to wait to long, and the food was very tasty. We tried the Hibachi Steak, Hibachi Shrimp, and the California Roll. All three of the dishes tasted great. Pro tip: be prepared to spend right at $10 per person for a meal.

Just wow. The food from Hibachi Express, an unassuming little storefront adjacent to a gas station right off the highway, produces food that is just as good as my favorite sit-down hibachi restaurant. If you’re hungry and looking for a convenient stop, this is your place. My boyfriend and I both had the chicken and shrimp hibachi and it was phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned rice, shrimp, chicken, veggies, and delicious yum yum sauce handed to me less than 5 minutes after ordering. I almost wish I was traveling through here again just for more Hibachi Express.

This is a hidden gem of a place. I read the reviews, and all the good ones turned out to be true. Best landlocked sushi I’ve ever had. Whole family enjoyed their meal as well. Amongst us we had their chicken, shrimp, and steak hibachi. Made fresh, and the steak is cooked to your liking. While there, do yourself another treat and have the homemade punch. Great food! Wished they had a place closer to where we live.

Just had dinner from F.C. hibachi express. Using other recommendations as a guide we got the steak hibachi, asked how we would like it cooked, med. and it was perfect. Plenty of veg and a nice sauce to go on top of the dish. Other dish was shrimp & steak hibachi, excellent . Also had the California roll. Called it in from our over priced $200 A night Hampton Inn and it was ready in 10 minutes. My husband and I each thought it was delicious. If we lived closer would go there once a week.
