My husband and I traveled to Fredericksburg from Corpus Christi for Christmas and we were looking for a good place to eat, our research for good reviews led us to Ez Pz Pizza. When we say hand on the bible it did not disappoint- oh my Lord! The Jalapeño popper stuffed crust is a must try (coming from people who don’t usually enjoy stuffed crust pizza and prefer thin) this wonderful pizza paired with their amazing house made ranch was so light, flavorful and exceptionally crafted. We also had a slice of Salted Caramel Cheesecake for dessert and it was so rich & creamy. The small business is veteran owned, the staff and owner were so welcoming & kind that you can feel the hospitality in the atmosphere. When we travel up here again we will definitely come back, you simply cannot leave Fredericksburg without trying and if you are a local I hope you’re here often!

My husband and I stopped into EZ PZ Pizza in Fredericksburg today after hearing it had some of the best pizza around, and WOW it absolutely lived up to the hype!

We decided to try the ravioli, and let me tell you… it was PHENOMENAL. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and easily some of the best ravioli we’ve ever had. You can tell the food is made with care and quality ingredients.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was great, and the food completely exceeded our expectations. If you’re in Fredericksburg and looking for amazing Italian food or pizza, this place is an absolute must-stop.

We will 100% be coming back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend the SUPREME PIZZA with the JALAPEÑO POPPER STUFFED CRUST! One word! PHENOMENAL! Exceptional customer service, you can have them bake it there or take it to go or even take n bake it at home yourself!! Wow wow WOW! If you haven’t tried this lil gem you are definitely missing out! The dining room is limited on space but the pizza is unlimited on flavor. Create your own pizza or pick out some favorites from the menu! Super impressed and can’t wait to go back! My dh thinks I’m gonna share that last piece with him! Lol Thank you Greg & Thomas! That homemade ranch was a winner as well!

Wow!! EZ PZ Pizza is amazing! I can’t do gluten or dairy but they have an amazing gluten-free crust and vegan cheese. My husband couldn’t even tell it was gluten-free or dairy free. I haven’t had pizza that good since I could eat normal pizza. Two of my friends recommended their normal (gluten) pizza and they said it’s amazing too! We also got the garden salad with their homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing, so good, which is homemade and everything was super fresh and high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend it. I noticed they have 4.9 stars with almost 400 reviews and they’ve earned every one of those stars. Definitely go check it out. They are also veteran owned and I love the note they hand write on the box! We did the pizza option where you take it home and bake it, so you can get pizzas that are already made or get some that you want to bake later. Super amazing idea. Anyways, thank you for the amazing pizza and for finally giving us a place we can frequent for genuinely delicious pizza! Also worth mentioning that I didn’t feel that heavy gross feeling you get after pizza, which to me, means their ingredients are high quality!

Very good!! We were in the area and specifically were looking for pizza that offered vegan/ dairy free options. My son has a severe allergic reaction to dairy and it’s hard to come across good food in general with this options and that taste good. We decided to try this location based off of reviews. This was the first time he tried cauliflower pizza and he LOVED it. He is very picky so I am happy he loved this pizza. He said the texture was very good and taste just like regular pizza. I ordered a regular pepperoni pizza for the rest of us and it was very good. I highly recommend this location. The staff was nice and they seem to really care about allergies in general just by seeing how they cooked it and made sure about cross contamination. I did not get a picture or the cauliflower pizza because I had a starving teenager with no patience, but I do Highly recommend them.
