Eye Tooth, the newest addition from the Moose’s Tooth restaurant group, feels polished, new, and notably spacious, making it an easy option for both planned outings and more spontaneous visits.
We stopped in for a last-minute work lunch with a large group, and the experience stood out immediately for how accommodating the space and staff were. Large parties can be challenging on short notice, but Eye Tooth handled it smoothly without feeling rushed or cramped.
The menu follows a familiar and successful formula for the group: a mix of unique, Eye Tooth–specific dishes alongside the standards Moose’s Tooth fans expect, particularly when it comes to pizza. Large, well-composed salads, solid burgers, and consistently good pizza make it easy for everyone in a group to find something they’ll enjoy.
Service throughout the visit was friendly, attentive, and efficient, which helped keep a larger lunch moving comfortably.
Overall, Eye Tooth delivers exactly what you’d hope for from a new concept in a well-established local restaurant group: a comfortable, flexible space, dependable food, and strong service. It’s a welcome addition to Anchorage’s dining scene and an especially good option for group lunches or casual gatherings.

Went to Eye Tooth for the first time with me and my family for my Aunt’s birthday. The service was impeccable, the food was SO good, and they have quite the selection of drinks, and I got the Prime & Dime! It was VERY good. We had around 8 people eating with us, and even though the restaurant was VERY busy, they got our stuff very fast. All in all, Eye Tooth was a GREAT restaurant and again, service was great.

It is a beautiful place with a creative vibe. It is very open and it doesn’t feel crowded, which is a plus. Food is delicious! We ordered from the MT menu and one deep dish pizza from their own menu. MT is still my number 1 in flavor and dough to toppings ratio (for me the deep dish pizza is too thick and not enough toppings). Server Aubree was wonderful, patient and always with a smile on her face, which just added to our positive experience.
Just a heads up: there is a $3 1/2 and 1/2 pizza surcharge. I wish I knew that before, the bill just caught me off guard I guess. Other than that it was great and we will come back!

Sad that my pizza was burnt! Normally I have been a fan of Eye Tooth so far, food and choices are good and the wait is worth the nice atmosphere. I ordered a takeout tavern pizza and it was burnt, and doesn’t even make sense that it was so because we picked up at 4pm before the dinner rush! Need chefs to pay attention more.

Eye Tooth has been open for almost one monthsso I figured I’d give it a try after everyone in town went. The wait at 8pm was still 30 minutes for a party of one. The bar was full. So similar to Moose’s Tooth you’ll be waiting a while. No worries I had an audiobook. And many people were hanging out by the fire pit in the snow waiting on their buzzers.
I wasn’t that impressed with my drinks. I had the Eye Tai, their take on a Mai Tai. It wasn’t horrible but something was off. My second drink was not on their cocktail menu but since they had orgeat (almond syrup) in my first drink I knew they had the ingredients for a Trinidad Sour. Yeah, that was off too. But it wasn’t on their menu so I just enjoyed the vibes and small chitchat with neighboring guests.
I ordered the 8 Mile Detroit style deep dish pizza. It’s a 25 minute wait which is normal for these pizzas, so if this is what you want and you’re with a group put your order in early. Highly recommend. Delicious. Lots of leftovers.
It would be great if they could expand their hours to include lunch as many would definitely stop by. They are still finding their footing but it nice to check it out.

Great service, chill environment. Enjoyed the Alaska vibes and comfortable feel, as a member of the moose/bear/broken tooth family. I got the burrata appetizer with berries, honey & pistachios, plus the slice and a salad lunch combo with a couple of cocktails. I enjoyed it all and would definitely get the kale butternut squash salad again (I’m a sucker for veggies). My group had quite the variety. We were all pleased. Service was on point. I look forward to my next visit.

I came here on a weekday there was a line out the door at 10:03 AM. When I got my food it was easy to see why. The entire place is covered in murals , very aesthetically pleasing! Service was good I had a few hiccups but nothing major.. I was moved to a booth where Stephan was my server. I ordered the Rock, paper citra and the double shovel cider . With the garden salad and margherita pizza. The salad was delicious and fresh with home made dressing that was on point light and flavorful. I’m a big fan of the layout and design of this place, the food and service is equally as amazing. They even have a really cool coloring sheet with a crossword puzzle in the back..not just for kids! p.S if you can find three plus words you’re not drunk yet..P.S Eyetooth we need more psychedelic crayon options, asking for a child at heart.

Menu options are ok. Burgers are fine, but there’s a lot of other great options in the area like Tommy’s B, Long Branch, SmashBurger, Main Event Grill, etc for that too. Seating options inside are abundant it has 2 sides and it’s never crowded. However if you ask the host for preference seating like a booth she will deny your request stating those are ONLY for “larger groups” then turn around and sit two other ppl in the booth (not a large group).
