First of all the customer service was amazing and he was so nice. The food tasted marvelous; I am coming back for more. The smoothie was delicious as well. No complaints here. If you are reading this; buy their food !!!

They Didn’t have change for a $20 after telling me to pay in cash or cash app. The guy told me “you don’t have to take this food now” because I said I’m never eating here again for this to be my first experience. I was told they do not take card but the machine was there but maybe not set up. My Noodles in my Pasta is still a little hard like they’re not done. Presentation was good tho

Tried Beni Exquisite Eats for the first time and had a single burger with fries. First off the steak fries were a very welcoming surprise and the seasoning perfect. The burger was great and the add-ons (lettuce and pickles) offered a perfect crunch. This to-go package was empty and clean after lunch. I’ll aim to find my way back again when I forget my lunch.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! BUYER BEWARE!! I have only been able to successfully order from this establishment ONCE in two months by way of UberEats and going in person. The hours are never correct on the app and they do not match the hours that are displayed on Google. Fix it. It’s beyond comprehension how you have listed hours that your business is open that YOU set and yet it’s closed during those said hours. I have never known a restaurant to post business hours and literally have the restaurant closed during those hours. It’s almost as if there was someone with a gun in the owners back forcing them to make these listed hours against their will because what other reason would there be that you can’t operate during the listed hours you say you’re open???? Freaking Ridiculous. I even went in person once during hours they said they were OPEN and yet the doors were locked and the lights turned off. Y’all do not have bad food but how is anyone supposed to order anything if your hours aren’t correct.. Yall must not want any money. This restaurant also has multiple profiles on food delivery apps. Do not be deceived by this. And another thing. This restaurant will accept your order and take your money knowing full well they are closed. “Support Black Businesses” Yeah I’m all for supporting black businesses being that I’m a black woman but it is ALWAYS and i mean ALWAYS some BS one way or another. Save your money and your time and order from better places that actually care about customer service.

I believe in supporting our Black owned businesses.. That being said I have attempted a total of 4 times to get food from here. One time went and they were closed although reported to be open. And every time I’ve ordered through Door dash my order was cancelled…. The food looks good but I guess I’ll never actually taste it.

The food looks really good but it’s impossible to order from here. They have multiple doordash restaurant profiles, some will be open when they’re closed, the store will randomly close on doordash, they’ll be labelled as open on both google and doordash but still be closed. It’s become really frustrating trying to order from here because they have no consistency in hours. I just tried ordering, for the FIFTH time, through DoorDash. The the store was said to be open until 11pm, but when I ordered, the store had closed within 15 minutes. I have no interest in trying to order from this place in the future since it’s just been overall fairly unprofessional. The store owner has offered people with similar complaints as me $20 off fir the next meal, but that’s only if you come in when they’re open, and the issue is that it’s hard to find when their open and when I’m eating out it’s because I’m ordering delivery. I’m sure that applies to many other people who have complained about this issue as well. I truly hope their hours can be better and better communicated in the future, as i would’ve loved to give business to them, but I’ve been disappointed everytime my dasher has gone to pick up the order but had to tell me they were closed.

I live out of town and I ordered DoorDash for my family. I was reassigned 4 times and someone FINALLY told me they were closed. I could not cancel it and get a refund, because THEY ACCEPTED MY ORDER AND IT SAID THEY WERE PREPARING IT. Do not recommend ordering online!
