Some of employees make great coffee here and they are so nice. Of course one guy doesn’t even know what a mocha is….

Had some of the worst service of my life from Jason the other day. Took forever to get our drinks. Never brought us a carafe of water or checked to see if we needed more water. Had to get other employees attention to get everything including the check which he didn’t split even though we specifically asked for our “checks” and were not a large party. Charged us full price for happy hour drinks etc. the place wasn’t even busy. It felt like he wanted us to leave so he could get a table that was also getting food or something.

Great location to come for Après-ski. Small-ish menu for food, but the food is good & the drinks are perfect after a long day on the slopes. Fireplace is nice and warm on those cold days. If it’s a warmer day ask to sit outside on the outdoor patio and enjoy watching people “trying” to ski Pepi’s Face. It is a sit-down and order kind of place – not a ski lodge.

Came here earlier in the day and patio was full but was able to get a seat and had no server come up to us in 10 min even after seeing hostess, so we left. Came in after lifts closed and there was we plenty of room and no way the staff was busy. Saw hostess got seated outside. The waiter took my order (1 beer) never came out with it. Folks that came after me got their drinks. I got up and left no one said anything to me.

My experience here was for a wedding reception, so spreading to that it was a 5-star experience! All of the staff were very friendly and the setting was beautiful!

My husband and I have been standing at the reception desk for ten minutes to be seated. The waitress just passed by a couple times without saying anything like we are invisible (only one waiter carrying the plates passed by with a simple greeting).

Comfy, excellent view, great meet up spot, awesome wait staff. Beer, cider, Irish coffee… Better than standard pub food. Amazing fire to kick it after your runs!

I would give it 5 stars for the location, but for the lunch I would give it zero stars if I could. What was wrong? Just about everything. We ordered 4 sandwiches and one beer and the bill was $50. That wouldn’t be out of line given that we are in the heart of Vail next to one of the gondolas–if the meal had been anything but miserable. Two sandwiches were served on focaccia bread that was incredibly dry. Even after drowning it in mustard and mayo it was still inedible. We ended up pulling the meat and cheese out of the bread and eating it by itself.

Quick on the Chili! Very slow on the turkey sandwich. However, they are good at giving out free glasses, and chapsticks!

Fun apres ski. Great patio with views of Lindsey’s run in Vail. Good food and drinks. Not terribly expensive for the location.
