Hands down the fastest service they cook it all fresh on a hibachi grill in front of your face! The best food I’ve ever tasted in Japanese restaurant!!!!! And I got of course they’re three meat fried rice bowl which was stuffed full to the brim I didn’t even have the capacity to eat it all! It was so good the meat was perfect the shrimp was cooked to perfectness the beef and chicken was cooked to perfection no fat very lean the vegetables were great whole vegetables not just slices of them! Hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever been to In My Life!

First time trying Express Japan and for a food court meal was super good and grilled to order, so very hot and fresh. Not a bad price at $13 for shrimp and chicken. On the other hand it took a long time and it’s the mall, so not a place for a quiet meal.

We had a long time not visiting this place to eat, the food and service have really changed here. We ordered 3 lemonades and all 3 tasted like dirty water, one of the guys very kindly exchanged our drink for another and when it was time to try my food some pieces of my meat were raw, so I just left the meat at a side and try to eat the rest. I came across the news that they now sell the dressing and it’s okay to pay for it but the dressing is thinner than my glass of water ♀️ it will be the last time eating here.

Have been dining at this place since I was a teenager, and it’s such a delicious place to eat like royalty. I got chicken, beef, & shrimp with noodles/friedrice/veggies. I hope to eat here for another 40 years!

This is usually my go-to place for food whenever I’m at the mall. Sometimes it takes a little while to wait for my meal to get finished here, especially during busier times, but I’ve never personally had a problem with poor service here. The flavor does taste a bit more rushed than in other teriyaki places, but I find it addictive and enjoyable, especially when I get beef with fried rice.

After eating at this place a couple times. I realized, while quick, they lack flavor. There steak is cooked well but lacks seasoning.
I give three stars only because they are quick, kind and their portion size is good. They just need to work on their flavor.

We love this place, we go often but last night we ordered double chicken. The meat was way over cooked this time. For $51 order it was very disappointing. Maybe someone new is on the grill. We won’t go back.

Went here with a special friend of mine and she said the food was great! I personally did not eat at this time but it did smell really good. She ordered a number 4, which was the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with fried rice. I will definitely try this place in the future and I will probably get the exact same thing.
