I recently stumbled upon Exotic Snack Factory while shopping at the mall, and I have to say, it’s one of the most unique and fascinating stores I’ve ever visited. The concept is really interesting, offering a wide variety of snacks from around the world, many of which are familiar brands but in flavors that are almost impossible to find elsewhere.
The store is well-situated in the mall, making it easy to pop in while shopping. The layout is inviting, with shelves stocked full of brightly colored packaging and intriguing treats that immediately catch your eye. It’s a snack lover’s paradise!
My kids absolutely loved it here. They were thrilled to find so many fun and unusual snacks, from different flavored chips to candies we had never seen before. It’s a great place to explore as a family, and we spent a good amount of time just browsing and picking out new things to try.
The staff were friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and even letting us sample a few items before buying. This really added to the experience, making it not just a shopping trip but a little adventure.

I went in today to purchase items for a fundraiser gift basket. The young man working was so helpful answered all my questions, and went around helping me pick items out. This place has great international treats and snacks.

Very cool variety of snacks. Many imported. As of May 2022, most chips in the store are around $8. Drinks such as the Fanta and Monster Cola from Japan are $5-20.

Ordered products online December 10, 2024, never received them, they weren’t even shipped. Contacted both the local store (Buffalo) and the main office and they said they would look into it and get it fixed but then they stopped replying and have just ignored me. They took my money and didn’t give me what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, no response. I will NOT be shopping here ever again.

I went in to this place to buy some water because I am travelling. I asked the cashier how much for the two different big waters. He says, “$4.99 a piece.”
Ok a crazy price for water but I decide to do it!
Then he says, cash or card, and I ask if one of the options is cheaper. He says paying in cash is 40 cents cheaper. ok so I pay in cash.
He doesn’t ask me if I want a receipt. I ask him if I can have a receipt. Ok.
Later when I get home and read the receipt it says the drinks cost $5.20 a piece!!!!!! WHA WHA WHAT!
Are you not offering receipts because your changing the prices or what? Get a clue. Get your prices right and ask people if they want their receipts. If I never asked for it I would have never known about this trickery!!!

So I paid $5 for a tang pineapple pop?? Exotic I think not. You can get a 2L at Walmart for $2.79 same brand. Also the sour patch kids extra sour had nothing of sour to it. That was $9??? They don’t stand by what they sell and they don’t give refunds I wonder why. Save your money it ain’t worth it.

Placed an online order and when I received it I was missing a third of my order and a few of the items i did recieve were wrong. I have now reached out twice to support to fix this or give me a partial refund considering I spent almost $150 and still have gotten no response. Probably will never order from this company again.
