It’s very unfortunate to leave a negative review. The other day my family and I were very excited to try this place out but we were shocked to see the presentation/ quality of the food is nothing like the pictures. The food itself was not very good. Communication was not the best. Very nice woman . As for the atmosphere it does seem to be a small business that just needs help. But the food does need work

Ordered here for the first time, we ordered Mexican fries, chicken patacon & a chimi. I first want to start with the positive the people there seem really nice & respectful my bf picked up the order and said that about them. The Mexican fries were 10/10 they were very delicious. The patacon was soooo dry… plátanos are already very dry so when I ordered a chicken patacon I expected shredded chicken because from my knowledge that’s how they’re supposed to be made. Breaded dry chicken breast with fried plátanos is not it. Then my bfs chimi …. No flavor whatsoever meat didn’t taste like anything. I would give them a try again but def not with the patacon.

I went to this place yesterday and let me tell you the food has REAL flavor. Food was cooked when I placed my order for my children and I, which took about 25 mins for 4 meals and two smoothies. Not to mention I just placed a catering order. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer!

One star is far too generous for this business. Our company placed an order at 12:20 PM on 2/22/24, and despite them accepting the order, it’s now 2:57 PM, and we’re still waiting. We’ve had to repeatedly contact the restaurant to inquire about the delay, only to be informed that they have just one cook. This incompetence is particularly egregious given that the order was placed through Grubhub. Why accept an order and our money if you’re aware that you lack the necessary resources to fulfill it? It gets even better , our driver for pickup has been waiting for hours, enduring a litany of excuses every 30 minutes. It’s utterly unacceptable for a small business to aggressively market itself across multiple platforms to attract more customers when it’s clearly ill-equipped to serve them.
