It was a slow night, but I still had great friendly service and a great cocktail… although served in a plastic cup. There’s a great patio. Super nice folks to meet. I was just passing through, but I will definitely be back.

This is a magical and amazing place. I am truly honored to be living in this area. If you want to have a nice cold drink, play Pool, watch TV (they frequently have sports games on and those are always fun to watch), listen to music, and make new friends- I fully recommend you to check out Exit 8 Lounge & Liquor! I’ve lived in twin rivers for over 10 years. Ever since this place opened it’s been one problem after another. Constant drunken fights in the parking lot sometimes way after closing. Drunk patrons doing donuts in the parking lot. And honestly worst of all is the constant late night fireworks. I’m not sure if it’s the owner or one of the employees but it’s so constant it’s clearly someone associated with this dive bar. Some of us have young kids and pets. If you try to call them to complain or simply ask them to stop they don’t answer the phone. Great business practices. It’s pathetic. Do yourself a favor and stay clear away from the “dive on abbington drive”

The hubby and I were looking for a new bar to that’s open past 10pm. We came across this “lounge” and decided to stop in. As soon as we walked in we knew this wasn’t a place for us. But we wanted to give it a chance anyway. The bartender was super nice. I ordered one of my favorite drinks, but she made it different and it didn’t taste great. But she made me a 2nd drink and it was perfect. The vibe was weird. There was a man sleeping on one of the couches. There were mostly men in there. Definitely not for us.

Living near this bar is annoying to say the least. There are drunken fights in the parking lot constantly. Lots of screaming matches and sometimes physical altercations. In the warmer months there are constantly drunk people setting off fireworks outside in the parking lot, with debris landing in our apartment lot.
I understand that the actions of individual people do not always reflect the intentions of the business. But personally, it seems like very little is being done to curb these drunken fights. They have gotten more frequent in recent years. If people are getting into screaming matches and fights this often, it makes me wonder if they are being over served.
I am writing this as yet another violent fight is happening outside the bar. I hear several people screaming and what sounds like outdoor tables and chairs being knocked over and thrown. It should not be getting to this point as regularly as it has been. I am just tired of it. I don’t mind normal noise but the screaming and fighting in the middle of the night gets old real quick.

If you don’t like being treated like a local then find another place. The bartenders were amazing. No draft beer for all you must have draft drinkers but if you can power through bottle beer please check it out! Will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Very upset with the service and also the fact that I PAID MONEY to play the music I wanted to listen (which I understand is normal) but the bartender wanted to listen to what she wanted to and rushed over to the jukebox and skipped my music. I understand everyone has their own tastes. But I’m a paying customer. Felt what she did was rude
