Food was tender and flavorful. Had small nachos but it was big and ribs brisket tator salad beans and pasta salad and washed it down with peach cobbler. They made for a great food experience and a good old homely feeling that was extended to entry customer that came by while we were there.

We saw the food truck on the side on the road in Rockwall T,x , I have tried ribs from Corpus Christi T,x to Miami Fl , Arkansas, Pennsylvania and all in between, these are the best ribs I’ve eaten, they owner and his nephews were really nice people. We had the pleasure of trying the rib basket with potato salad and the chopped brisket sandwich and let me tell you… the best we’ve had in a WHILE. The food was nice and hot, taste 10/10, well seasoned and the potato salad is a winner. Please give them a visit, best bbq you’ll have in a while. We will be back for more tomorrow!

Went for lunch on Sunday the 18th. We had the beef brisket sandwich, Cajun turkey sandwich and split the baked beans. Brisket was chopped and on point the flavor and bbq sauce was good, not too sweet. The turkey sandwich was great and not dry. Service was quick and price was very reasonable. Gave the atmosphere a 3 star as the food lot is new, I’m sure if it is a successful food lot it will get better. Their trailer had to be brand new very clean.

I had the 2 meat plate today with the brisket, ribs, potato salad, beans, 2 slices of bread, and condiments. It was quite tasty and the portion was plenty for 2 people! The price was also reasonable by today’s standard! Shonda took my order and she was very pleasant to talk to and personable!

I highly recommend if you love good bbq and friendly service. I arrived just after they closed and owner and cook Carlos was more than happy to allow me to order. I love supporting local owned businesses and this one did not disappoint. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.
