When you first pull up, you’ll be thinking, “Wait… where’s the restaurant?” Then you spot this little trailer off to the right and that’s where the magic happens. From the moment you walk up, the service is top-notch friendly, welcoming, and full of that Southern charm.
Then the food hits your hands… and man, it’s like being back home in New Orleans or Mississippi all over again.
I grabbed the loaded fries topped with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and herbs, and a plate of crispy wings coated in lemon pepper ranch seasoning with crinkle-cut fries on the side every bite packed with flavor!
Keep up the amazing work. I’ll definitely be back!

I was on the way home to Charlotte, NC from Omaha, Nebraska and wanted some really good wings! I found this to be the best selection, and O did not disappoint it all. From the great customer service, to the authentic conversation about life, and the wings, fries, and sauce was crazy flavorful delicious. This guy didn’t miss it all, when I don come back through Missouri this is my spot. I really appreciate everything. You know it’s good when the wings don’t need ranch.

Our office ordered from here for lunch. I had the vegan potato and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. I wish I would have taken a picture but I didn’t. Everyone in the office said we would like to go back (even though it’s 28 minutes away).
It’s a must try for sure! Staff is very helpful too! Assisted us with food allergy needs. Very knowledgeable.

I have been looking for a place that serves unique baked potatoes for such a long time, and finally, here it is. I passed by seeing a food truck in the side lot of Tractor Supply and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the potato mascot on the side of the trailer. I immediately pulled into the lot and had to give them a look. Not only do they have SO many options of baked potato’s. They have smash burgers, wings, and other sides. The folks running the place couldn’t be more welcoming. I stood there in awe about all the options they offer. The first day I stopped, we got the Steak Hibachi potato and the Chicken Tender and MAC potato. Let me tell you, if my momma didn’t live so far away, I would’ve done slapped her because the potatoes were IMMACULATE. I went back a couple of days later and got their regular loaded baked potato, and it still knocked my socks cleeeean off. Stop reading this, and GO GET ONE!

I LOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE! The food is ALWAYS FRESH, the owners are so nice. My fiancé favorite is the jerk chicken & shrimp, my sister loves the ranch lemon pepper wings & I love the veggie potato (pref all broccoli).

AMAZING. Can’t recommend this food truck enough!! We got the street corn loaded baked potato and the philly cheesesteak baked potato. Couldn’t stop eating they were so good!

I ordered the street corn with steak and it is an explosion of flavor!!!! I’m in spud heaven. Only thing I would change is to cut the steak into smaller bites. My husband and I shared this as the portions are huge! Worth every penny. You have to try it.

Food is super flavorful and really tasty! Took about 15 mins to get our meal so if you’re in a hurry order ahead and pick up but worth the wait. The jerk marinade they used was really really good!

I got the Philly Cheese steak Loaded potatoes. The backed potatoes was COVERED in cheese steak, peppers and onions, melted cheese. It hit the spot and filled me up! Definitely recommend trying this food truck!

First time going by for lunch today, they have a huge menu. Something for everyone. They were very nice and patient while I was figuring out which one I wanted. I got the Big Mac potato and it was amazing definitely going to go back soon!
