Don’t bother going to this place if you’re looking to get out & socialize: it’s against their rules. A group of twenty-somethings actually invited me to play pool & I was told that the owner was watching on the cameras & said no to having too much fun. Absurd! It’s a bar. Learn your business.

Atmosphere is usually really good. There is generally good conversation to be had with everyone including two of the bartenders. Judd and Jamie are rock stars and they make your experience welcoming and great. When they are behind the bar there is fun to be had by all. Unfortunately when DEB is there, her pour attitude and crummy service makes it less pleasant place to be. Also the fact that she is completely incapable of keeping your tab straight, it a must that you pay cash for each round.
Today she saw me standing at the bar when I arrived and didn’t bother to come down to serve me. About 5 minutes later she served 2 other people that walked in the door well after I did. After I made a comment she finally decided to get me a drink. She then decided to get upset when I wanted to pay cash for my drink then refusing to accept a tip. When I ordered 3 shots after that and paid for them, I tried to tip her again along with the first tip and another on and she walked away.
This is a great place to hang out at but a piece of advice, if you walk in and Deb is working behind the bar, turn around and go up the street. She is the reason why I can’t give Excalibur a higher rating.

If your looking for a bar that isn’t too fancy or too run down, this is a perfect spot. It is actually very nice and they have nice pool tables and basketball hoops out back. Usually theirs a young crowd but that still suites me being 30 years of age. Perfect spot for a chill night.

Went there this weekend with 2 friends. Ordered a pitcher, and while pouring the drunk bartender out of no where unprovoked in any way begins saying things to us hope “I sure hope you aren’t a Biden supporter”. Thinking maybe he has a weird sense of humor we engage a little bit and telling him that we are, and he begins straight up making fun of us, and gave us a half pitcher of foam. while we were there the same bartender was arguing loudly with another patron. I spoke to another worker there and he said this is pretty normal and that he would kick him out, but never did. Very weird time and likely will avoid going back.

A couple of lazy bartenders. The place is dirty. Mostly younger crowd at night. Maybe that’s why they think they could be lazy. I don’t care what your age is you deserve better than this place. Will never give them another dime of my money. There’s enough bars in the area that appreciate customer!

Would give it 0 Stars, but sadly Google won’t let me. An elderly woman was serving my friend and refused to serve him drinks because she said that his ID was clearly not him. Yes he has gained a few pounds since he last took his picture for a new ID, but it is clearly him, just 4 years younger and 40-50 lbs heavier. He already has been fighting a hard fought battle with depression ever since his significant other walked out on him last year after 5 years. So you can clearly see how this is going to set him back in his recovery. And what’s most frustrating about this is the fact that he had just started to accept himself again and feel some self worth. And now, after being reminded of his wait gain in a public setting like this getting everyone around him involved in his embarrassment, you know that he is hurting deep inside.
This is absolutely unacceptable and your restaurant should be ashamed of itself. I don’t know if she had lost her reading glasses, or if she was just having a bad day and gets off on public humiliation and fat-shaming, but the discrimination is unacceptable and if he had any self confidence right now he really should sue for compensation for the mental damages and strain that he’s now surely going through.
Also PS – the lady made the burger with no gloves, touching all of the toppings with her bare hands right after clearing plates. That’s disgusting and shouldn’t be tolerated. My word of advice would be a hard pass on this place.

Wonderful place to stop and have a drink. Great service, quick with asking if you need anything, patient with questions. Their brisket fries and spinach artichoke dip are perfect to go with any of their great beer choices. Keep up the good work!
