This restaurant is located inside the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, where we enjoyed a complimentary breakfast during our stay thanks to our Globalist status. The experience was wonderful from start to finish.
Our server, Nadia, was incredibly kind and attentive — always making sure our coffee and orange juice were topped up. The breakfast was delicious, with generous portions that kept us full for hours.
Overall, we had a very pleasant meal and a great dining experience. A perfect way to start the day!

We had breakfast here the morning after a company event, the food was surprisingly excellent!
I had the egg white asparagus mushroom frittata, with side salad and home style potatoes, so delicious and you could tell the ingredients were really fresh, from the asparagus to the mushrooms, was very happily surprised. My husband had the chilaquiles which were also delicious, the plates came out very quickly and were hot, just a lot of attention to detail. Thanks to Chef Wayne Sergio and Ernesto! And our server Nadia was very helpful, continued checking on us and super friendly and sweet!
The reviews are really off, not sure why so low, thy have a new chef the last 2 years maybe that’s why.
We plan to come back here just for breakfast even if we’re not staying at the hotel! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great breakfast with a lot of options on the menu! Kudos to the hotel for training staff well and picking an excellent chef.

Went here to watch the Super Bowl. Good was terrible and price to get in was $150 per person. They had 8 Bose speakers around the bar but couldn’t get the sound high enough to hear the game or half time show. For that price they could have hired an it guy and had sound set up, but did they nope. Took your money and no discount and anything, no free merch, not even decent sound. I was disappointed for me but also this was my wife’s birthday present with the flight from Florida and she was so disappointed in the Hyatt hotel after this experience.

I stayed at the Hyatt and met with some friends for a quick bite. I got the Teriyaki Steak Bites w/Shishito peppers, which was quite good, but it wasn’t a big portion and not worth the price IMHO.

Great food and service , Both American food and Sushi was a nice surprise, 9th visit , had the steak and cheese fries , preferred mine with no pico, very good and different, Tyson provided great service at the bar, had sushi and gyoza, very fresh and good, didn’t like the Japanese pickles though, vegetable pizza was awesome, hope to be back soon, thank you !

I was here for a conference and stuck eating from here for the week. The evolution restaurant and buffet was good but not great. I ate the Truya Fire Maki, Dragon Maki and Ube steak sliders, everyday from their restaurant lol. Their fish wasn’t all that bad nor was it fresh. Their buffet options were not vast but the food was well prepared. I was shocked at how good it was. Their steak was tender and juicy! Service was good but the ticketing time could be better and is probably better if it wasn’t for the conference. Cheers

The food is mediocre, the drinks are overpriced, and the servers were a bit slow to come take our order. For a late night dinner when nothing else was open, I guess it was alright. But if you have the option to go somewhere else, do it.

The food was mediocre. The service was fine. The prices on the menu are expensive for what you get. What upset me was adding 6% to the entire bill to “offset the cost of minimum wage”. I looked at the menu again and theres tiny print saying 6% will be added to your bill and its not gratuity. Just raise your prices 6% so I know what the actual price is when i read the menu. I left angry and wont be back.

I went to this restaurant for breakfast and safe to say it wasn’t what I expected. My eggs were wrongly cooked, our server was kind but very slow especially for how little tables they had in the entire restaurant. And overall just a very unaware service experience. But I will say, the manager was super sweet, and had very kind customer service. Highly recommend meeting him
