This spot is the best. When I crave Thai food Monday thru Wednesday, I get sad. My go to is the shrimp pad see ew, but I’ve also enjoyed the pineapple fried rice, basil fried rice, chicken satay, chicken crispy rolls, and some of their weekly specials (check Facebook!)

Incredible food and huge portions! The guy behind the register was super cool and friendly. This is my new favorite Thai place in this area. 10/10 would visit again.
Pro-tip: Even if you can handle spicy food, get a level or two below because the heat kicks ass!

Highly recommend their drunken noodles !! I got mine with shrimp. The portion was perfect for a “ now and later” meal, the shrimp are huge and the flavor ? Out of this world! I had them last week and couldn’t wait for it to be Thursday to go back for more. Support this friendly local spot. If you like Thai you won’t regret it. If you have never tried it please do so.

I HIGHLY recommend! This is literally the BEST drunken noodles I have had! I got the chicken and shrimp drunken noodles, medium hot, and they were the perfect amount of spice! I also got a thai green tea that was so good too! They were so inviting and everything is freshly made. I have a huge serving too! The prices are unmatched too! I have had drunken noodles before in this area and they have NOTHING on this place! THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!

I was craving Thai food so I made a stop at Eve’s Thai Kitchen before going grocery shopping at Giant. This was my first time ordering food from here. It was cool to hear the regular customers call in and ask the owners how their recent trip to Thailand was.. really speaks volumes to their customer service. I got my daughter the chicken fried rice and I ordered the drunken noodles. My daughter loved her food and my drunken noodles had the perfect amount of flavor and heat (med/hot). Long story short, I’ll be a repeat customer.

I saw a little line in front of Eve’s and thought to myself, “Hmm, that place must be good.” I got in line and was met with very friendly service. I ordered a pineapple fried rice and a pad Thai. After I placed my order, a wave of customers came in. The stand only had two people working, and I could see they were hustling.
I’ll be honest, I waited about a half an hour for my order. When I picked it up, the guy behind the counter was very apologetic. I asked if they’re normally so busy and he said this was exceptionally busy. I was hopeful the taste would make up for the wait, and I can say without question: it was worth it.
This was without a doubt the best pineapple fried rice I’ve ever had. A balanced blend of spicy and sweet; fresh, crispy vegetables; tender, well cut chicken; and fluffy, savory rice. I texted all my friends with a recommendation after the first bite (well, I took more than one bite before I could put it down). If you want Thai food that tastes truly home cooked, Eve’s Thai Kitchen is the place.

A hidden gem! If you love spicy food, order Pad Thai or Drunken Noodles with the “Thai Hot” spice level. Generous portion sizes and great service. Offered me a cup of water on a hot summer day.

I try something new every time and it’s always amazing. Nicest people, best food. It’s wild to see a spot in a farmers market like this fielding tons of takeout calls, says a lot.
