I had visited this restaurant maybe a couple of years ago so I decided to try them again. I give them 5 stars everything hot and tasty. I got the Stew chicken. Chicken was moist and rice. The cabbage was also tasty . I will try them again hopefully it stays consistent. The price is decent medium 16.00 dollar.

I’d give them 5 stars but the collards didn’t hit like I’d like and the biggest oxtails had more fat than meat. But excellent portions, the flavor was on point. They were even nice to me. The collards even though not as Black American in flavor you could tell the weren’t from a can. And they only had beef patties. They gave me the extra gravy I asked for but barely needed, I used it for the collards. I’ll be back! Don’t change the portions.

We got two meals brown stew chicken and jerk chicken with 2 beef patty.

The food is well seasoned and the meats are cooked differently in ordered to bring out the traditional elements. Meaning it’s not just chicken cooked one way then rubbed in different sauces afterwards.

The meat falls off the bone and the plantain is ripe and juicy just like it should be.

Portions are generous and the pepper sauce is kicking.

Care was taken in the preparation in my opinion. Check them out

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. It smelled like somebody used the bathroom and was on a detox or something… my initial thought was to leave immediately but I understand ppl can’t help their digestive system.

Needless to say, I asked the guy that was working up front what was the smell and I specifically asked was it in the water/sewer line. He ensured me it wasn’t so I proceeded to order my food (since they had good reviews and nobody mentioned it in the reviews I read prior to me deciding on that place for supper).

Pros: That was the best rice and peas I’ve had from a Jamaican restaurant in years. The jerk sauce, was amazingly delicious as well and the cabbage was flavorful and cooked to perfection.

Cons: I have never gotten a veggie plate for $11 or $13 and felt so cheated. Normally places put the rice in the long open section of the box and the other veggies in the smaller compartments. The delivery of the food left me disappointed (see the picture. Looks like it was thrown in the box) and was not plated with love/care, & the cabbage had an after taste … also, that smell.

I will try them again, but if it smells the same I will leave without ordering any food. I will also advise them of my expectations from what I mentioned above to make sure they can accomplish it before placing an order

I was in the mood for some oxtails, so I did a quick Google search and came across this place with some fantastic reviews. I decided to give it a try, and honestly, it was some of the best Jamaican food I’ve had in ages—just absolutely delicious! Plus, they serve generous portions.

If you’re in Atlanta and craving authentic Jamaican food, look no further than Everything Irie. This spot has quickly become my go-to whenever I’m in Georgia, and for good reason.

The owner has done an incredible job creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve been transported straight to Jamaica. The flavors are bold, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is top-notch.

My absolute favorites are the oxtail and greens. The oxtail is cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with rich, savory flavors. The greens are equally impressive, perfectly seasoned and a great complement to the oxtail.

Every visit to Everything Irie is a delightful experience, making it a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy the best Jamaican cuisine in Atlanta.

Lady said the sauce was very spicy but it wasn’t, i should’ve asked for it all over my plate. Food was good but my friend didn’t like his fried rice. Place is also very clean & spacious, would come back

Me and my lady visited her to get my first taste of Jamaican cuisine. Greeted by a nice young lady who was helpful with all our questions. I decided on curry chicken, with rice and cabbages. The lady had the ox tails with the same sides. We dined in to enjoy our food. The food came quickly and there were plenty of portions. I loved the curry chicken and tasted the ox tails, which were also delicious.
