Oh my word if I could leave a zero I would. I used to absolutely love their sandwiches and I was a regular. However recently it has gotten crappy. They are constantly missing ingredients or bagel types. Just ordered through door dash and we only got one of the two bagels. They didn’t feel like letting us know when we picked it up so he went back in and they said they just refunded it without letting us know. The bagel we DID order had items changed. Every time I have ordered something things have been incorrect with my order. If I call to place an order they will sometimes FORGET that I ordered and only start making the order when I get there. Cashier didn’t really offer to help, just kind of sat there. If my order is made right it’s awesome but 9/10 times it is wrong or they won’t make it. Not sure what happened in the last few months but not a great place to eat.

The sandwich I ordered is good but, theres not many options. The entry smells like urine, bad. There isn’t many sandwich shops, let alone bagel shops; I will be back, I’ll just hold my breathe going in. Chick working was nice. Dude making sandwiches seemed nice. The entry is just bad….very bad actually.

Craig and the team here are awesome. Everyone is extremely friendly and the vibe is welcoming when you walk in the door. The bagels are fantastic and the house made schmears are to die for. One of the real showstoppers was the biscuits and gravy from their test kitchen. They also sell variety packs of yesterday’s bagels at 50c a bagel. Definitely going to be our regular breakfast spot whenever we are in town!!!!!

I called with a special order, expecting the usual runaround, and instead got someone who jumped right in, knew his stuff, and walked me through every step of the process. When I asked for his advice, he offered thoughtful options and helped me make the right decisions for my event. He never made me feel like a hassle, even though I knew I was giving him extra work. He was confident, direct, fast, helpful and friendly! The best part is that the follow through matched the service. The food was great, the order was exactly right, and everything was presented just as he said it would be.

Cozy little place with great food! My partner and I traveled from DC and this certainly tops any of the bagel places we’ve been to! The service was fantastic the person at the counter was enthusiastic and kind and the food was phenomenal! Coffee had a wonderfully strong flavor and the bagels were to die for! Highly recommend!

I love the salt and pepper bagel with a little salmon spread.
