I love spicy food and one of the dishes I measure a restaurants quality by in Pad Thai. The bestie has been to Thailand so one out of the party could tell it the food was authentic.
What can I say-this place has got to be the best halal restaurant for authentic Thai in Bristol!
Where shall I start?
Firstly if you try to book a table online don’t trust the times available. The bestie called after the tables were only available at 9PM! By calling the staff confirmed us a booking for 5:30 (much more Ramadan friendly!).
The staff are golden. So polite, so attentive and real joy to be served by.
The kitchen staff are happy to make your food your way. We loved it.
The flavours are authentic. This place even makes its own chilli sauce!!!!!!!!
The owners are a delight too. Such beautiful souls.
The portions are very generous. Our waiter was more than happy to box us the left overs as we had a train to catch.
The atmosphere is this place was amazing and a lovely spot I’d recommend especially to those looking for a halal venue for Iftar (there’s even a bidet in the bathroom!).
The Thai drinks were absolutely amazing.
Everything was amazing!
If you are scared you might combust because the food is halal my friend loved her food and her diet isn’t halal!
Price point…..for the price this place is amazing. Such bargains to be had!
They have a cracking lunch menu too and early bird deals.
Guys go try this place out before it gets super popular and you can’t get in.
Much love to the staff and owners.
Ramadan Kareem.
We tried the 3-starter combo, which included spring rolls, chicken satay, and bearded prawns, all great, especially with their homemade sauce. For mains, we had Massaman chicken, basil & chilli curry, and egg fried rice. Portions were generous and tasty, although the chicken itself was a bit bland and seemed to have been added to the curries after cooking.
Overall, great experience and good value.
Food: 6.5/10
Staff & Ambience: 10/10

Would visit again!
The flavours and food overall were excellent, and the spice levels were clearly marked at our own risk! Notable mentions must be made for the duck in tamarind sauce, and the green iced tea which I heartily recommend. Also Pickee’s wonderful homemade sauces which are available to purchase. We tried a few of them and they were all delicious.
Nothing was too much trouble and we can’t wait to visit again ❤️
Can’t wait to eat here again! So many dishes I am yet to try..
