Each morning began with a generous breakfast at Everyday Joe’s. It was a 15-minute drive to the downtown from the Heathwood Inn where we stayed, but we received a voucher as part of our nightly charge. The portions were hearty, the quality impressive, and the cozy setting made it a great way to fuel up before hitting the trails.
We usually split an egg dish and a pancake. My favorite egg dish was Breakfast Quesadilla: Peppers, Onion, Bacon, Ham, Sausage, Tomato, Cheddar Cheese in white tortilla served with Sour Cream & Salsa. My favorite pancake was (not surprisingly) blueberry.
An extra perk of Everyday Joe’s was that it also was a pick up point for a shuttle service to Cadillac Mountain. It could have saved me a lot of aggravation if I had known about this service before our last day there.

Everyday Joe’s is a great diner in Bar Harbor.
The stuff is friendly and gives you a warm welcome when walking in.
You order your food at the counter.
I had the Joe‘s bowl which was great and my girl had an omelette with potatoes.
Coffee comes with free refills. I ever wonder why someone orders a big coffee when you pay less for a small coffee which you can refill.
Great atmosphere and friendly stuff.
Would definitely come again to taste the pancakes which looks great on other tables.

A simple and delicious breakfast at a reason price. I had the bacon, egg and cheese omelette and a single blueberry pancake. The omelette came with potato wedges. Everything was delicious. It’s a basic diner atmosphere. Chairs are uncomfortable for us wider-hipped women.

Service was odd, kind of abrupt and flat “are you here for breakfast?” No good morning how are you? No waitress, place your order and sit down. Joe’s bowl was underwhelming and just ok (wouldn’t buy it again.) Blueberry pancakes were good! Fluffier and better texture than Jordan’s (just no real blueberry syrup.) Sausage tasted like frozen from Walmart. Coffee tasted good, but day 2 we went back for just coffee and they ran out. The lady said “decaf only.” How does a breakfast restaurant in Bar Harbor peak tourist season run out of coffee? Seriously go find some!

Chose Everyday Joe’s for breakfast because it’s a little off the strip and we could get in right away. The service and food is excellent! The atmosphere feels like a converted food market (which it is) and hence the name. But if you don’t care about ambiance you should try it. Our omelets were perfect and not too greasy which happens at a lot of breakfast places. The potatoes were amazing too. I recommend Everyday Joe’s for a great meal and a good value.

Everyday joe’s feels like a nice little diner. Hot breakfast foods, but also grocery store like snacks adorned the shelves for purchase. A nice stop to come before heading out to some trails.
Blueberry pancakes had a ton of blueberries in it!

Probably could be called Average Joes. Food is satisfactory – not bad but not great. I had the bacon cheeseburger. Cheese was not melted and fries were underwhelming. But hey, it’s a gas station in Bar Harbor, solid meh.

Got breakfast on a Saturday morning after hiking Beehive. I think there were only 2 staff at the time (1 cook, 1 at the counter). Placing orders took far too long. Shouldn’t take 5 minutes to ring up and pay for each order. I got an egg and cheese bagel which was good, nothing mindblowing. I was disappointed they had no pancakes when I visited. Not sure how a breakfast spot runs out of pancake batter on a Saturday morning. Going to assume someone must’ve called out that day otherwise the place is definitely understaffed.
