A delightful little drive by ice scream shop, where you can grab your sweet treat! Stop by if you grab food in the area and need an ice-cold dessert. They offer shakes, smoothies, etc as well if you do not want a just a mere scoop. The strawberry shake was sweet and delicious and quite thick; all you can ask for. Got a couple scoops of different ice creams and nothing disappointed.

Update: Seems it’s only temporary with the comment below. Thank you for the heads up. But maybe should be noted with ordering online. But I digress, good to know it’s only temporary, will go back.
It’s unfortunate, this used to be my favorite place to get cotton candy confetti ice cream. I just ordered a quart of it, and when I opened up the container I thought I got the wrong order. But apparently they changed their cotton candy confetti recipe. It has weird candy chunks in it. And no longer has chocolate chips. And the flavor is just weird now. What a disappointment.

This cleverly-named ice cream parlor in downtown Downers Grove is the #1 place on summer nights. They’re just north of the train tracks on Main St, between Gia Mia and Sushi House. They serve over 40 flavors of Sherman’s ice cream (based out of South Haven, MI) in homemade waffle cones & cups. Try the “chocomania” and Traverse City Cherry! Ask for a free sample and the friendly staff is sure to oblige. Prices are fair and there’s plenty of seating inside, definitely check them out.

Every Day’s a Sundae is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Jonathan and Lily is very nice. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing ice cream. Must come back. 10/10.

I ordered the lemon flavour and since I had that I was sick to bed – My entire Sunday plan was ruined by this everyday’s a Sundae
I puked twice ( don’t know if that specific flavour was spoiled or if it was an old batch ) careful what you pick – definitely never going or recommending anyone.

edit: i see the owner lacks a great amount of accountability. wont be surprised to be accused as a false review.
I review places that are EXCEPTIONAL or AVOIDABLE. these people do not deserve your business if they support such practices and lack accountability. my order was a family order, not just for me. if you truly love losing big orders, go ahead and be unaccountable.
no one will probably care given the political climate, but if I could give 0 stars or negative stars.
I was waiting for the customers before me to decide what they wanted, as one of the other employees walked away. I knew exactly what I wanted since I have been a customer since childhood.
while the two customers were still deciding, a white man walks in and is immediately asked what he wanted, while the other customers were still deciding. I am not white, so the message was very clear. if you aren’t a white person, avoid this establishment. thought this place was better than that.
i would think twice before wasting my time, gas, and money coming here to support employees such as these.

It’s okay, I guess. Was in the Downers Grove area for work today & decided to stop in for a sweet treat to cool down after getting off the Metra! There was a customer ordering when I walked in so I queued behind them. A group of like 6 ppl walked in later.. they were greeted, ordered, & paid before me :/ so that was a little annoying. But the Key Lime Pie scoop I had was tasty

Absolutely love the Yellow Cake Batter ice cream, and the owner is very nice and respectful. So many flavors to choose from and really delicious as well.

I thought I bought an adult sized scoop of ice cream but ended up getting what seemed like a kids scoop, maybe there was some miscommunication, because it’s never this small, the ice cream is usually very fresh/creamy, but it was mainly icy this time with no flavor, and I had to spit out a piece of wet cardboard that was in it. I don’t know if the quality has changed since summer is now over?
