Awesome food! Everything we ordered was really good. Came out fast and was hot. The service could have been a little more friendly, but absolutely nothing wrong with serious service either. We paid roughly $36 for two meals and a shared French toast, with tip. Highly recommend the poutine, big oink stack and apple fritter french toast! Great local place. Will absolutely be back many more times.

Brought my mom in for her 84th birthday today as she wanted biscuits and gravy. Her biscuits were not baked all the way. My grandson and I had burgers which were also not cooked all the way. Waitress (pregnant one) never came back to see if we needed anything so I had to fish her down to tell her about the burgers and she just stood there with a look on her face “lime what do you want me to do about it”-she said I will see if they can make you new ones. My grandson did not want one at that time. The service was terrible! Food was terrible! We have eaten there before and had good food/service but today-nope. We will not be back ever again. Needless to say she did not get a good tip. And to add it was so cold in there my mom had to put her coat back on while she was eating.

It’s a bit noisy with the updates to the lighting but the food is always great and the wait staff is truly the best around. The Carmel roll will feed 4 people, the hollandaise is perfection and generous. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

This is less about the food and more about the character of the employees., i sat down to have breakfast and I ordered breakfast and I started not feeling well. I had already taken a sip of orange juice and a drink of coffee. Decided I need to leave and go home. The young lady that was helping us as we offered to pay for food. She said with no hesitation, no, it was okay, just get home safe. Asking if I needed help, out to the truck. I already like this place, and Dave and I would go on most Saturdays, but this staff is top notch…

Good atmosphere, nice server and clean as well. My husband said the eggs benedict was mediocre at best. My meal on the other hand was served with canned mushrooms and the “cheddar cheese” isn’t cheddar cheese, it’s overly processed nasty tasting cheese slices. With watery canned mushrooms and fake cheese that gets runny when warmed, it was a sloppy runny mess when I cut into it. The benedict sauce that came on the side of the omelet was congealed at the top and tasted well like it came from a can. At $15 for an omelet, quality ingredients should be used. I grew up poor and had to use lower quality products such as these. When I go out to a restaurant and pay $15 for an omelette, I expect it to be real/ not processed and fresh ingredients. I suggest the individual that chooses to use these low quality ingredients take a visit to Oak Roads in Oak Grove and learn what a real omelet is. I won’t be back and it’s sad because we are in Cambridge a lot. If you are used to low quality ingredients, this may be the restaurant for you.

Great atmosphere and staff. Food was over $40 for me and my son for breakfast. It was good but not $40 good

Great food, very friendly service and reasonable prices. Love their omelettes and the big pancake. Always worth the drive up from the Cities.

I haven’t been here in a long time and now I remember why. The service at first seemed very good. Then it seemed as though we were being ignored. No coffee refills until another gal came in. It took 30 minutes to get our food. We ordered the poutine and basic corned beef hash eggs and toast. Two other tables were seated after us and served before us. When the food did come I politely asked what took so long and I was told that there was a large party behind us and the kitchen was behind. When I asked why the other two tables got served their food when they ordered after us I got a very snotty smile and was told it was because the home fries takes so much longer to make. One of us being a chef and the other being a home chef we know better. The home fries were overdone and the eggs were cold. Pricewise I think this is a very good place and I have seen and heard good things from other people. I hope that we were just a fluke and that this is not the way that business is conducted all the time.

Food and service was wonderful.we had the big oink omelet and apple fritter french toast. Our waitress Shannon was on top of things filling drinks asking if we needed anything else. My only down fall is the awful smell in the women’s bathroom. There was water trickling from around the toilet to the sewer thing in the floor an the sitting water in that was so bad I nearly gagged while trying to go potty.
