Stopped by Evergreen inside the airport and was honestly surprised by how solid the experience was. The food exceeded expectations for an airport spot, especially considering it was my first time trying it. What really stood out was the efficiency and there’s a QR code to order ahead, which I took a picture of since I fly out of this airport often and am usually in a rush. That alone makes this place much more convenient than most nearby options. I ordered the food to-go and ended up eating it on the plane, and it held up well and tasted fresh. Portions were reasonable and the overall quality felt consistent. Service was decent. There was nothing overly memorable, but no issues either. The operation felt organized and well-suited for travelers on tight schedules. This is the kind of airport food option I’d actually plan around next time.

Everytime I fly and have time for a bite, this is where I go. The food is fresh, so tasty, perfect portion and priced fairly, esp for the airport. The service is excellent…very kind, very present and patient. Beautiful humans. I try a different bowl each time and always so flavorful and soul warming. Thank you!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase. If zero stars were an option, that is what this establishment would receive. The portion size was meager and the food itself was shockingly poor—it tasted like bad leftovers, suggesting it was prepared many hours before my 4:00 PM purchase. Given the approaching dinner hour and the nature of an assembled dish, I reasonably expected the ingredients to be fresh.
The stale, dry bread was particularly egregious, and the entire meal was a terrible value at $17.60.
Service Issues Compounded the Culinary Disaster
My experience was further soured by the poor customer service.
I requested the curry on the side because the server warned me it was spicy. I was told this was impossible.
When I then offered to purchase a separate bowl, the server gave an unbelievable excuse: “the bowl would absorb the curry,” again refusing my simple request.
The curry, which was indeed spicy, also lacked any depth of flavor, forcing me to abandon the dish entirely and seek food elsewhere.
To cap off the experience, when I attempted to pay, the cashier and another employee were engaged in a lengthy, laughing conversation, leaving me standing and waiting for their social interaction to conclude before they would assist me.
Save your money and your time—find somewhere else to eat!

This place is seriously amazing. We had an early flight into Seattle and were starving for something fresh and tasty (which is often hard to find in an airport). The breakfast wraps we got were top notch—delicious, fresh ingredients, healthy. I wish I could go to this restaurant regularly!!! I had something with smoked pork, rice, black beans, spinach, jalapeños… my goodness, it was mouthwatering! We got a breakfast burrito for our kids to have and they loved it!! My husband got a lunch wrap and was raving over that, too. Soooo good! Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Healthy and reasonable option at airport! Nice lady that helped us and inform us of items with additional charges with our build-your-own bowl. Would be great if there is an option to heat up the meat, perhaps while selecting sides.
