Very impressed with Evergreens. It’s set up very similarly to a Subway, with a salad bar-style area where you can choose and customize based on their main menu options. They have some great recommendations for salads and wraps. Everything was fresh and smelled great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is vegetarian or looking for a healthier option for lunch or dinner. It’s very fresh and local. Everyone there had a smile on their face and was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, providing exceptional service. The place was impeccably clean, and I didn’t notice any garbage or dirty tables anywhere in the area. I ordered a jalapeño salad, and you were able to change and make different variations, just like you could at a local Subway; however, it was definitely way better than a Subway and fresher.

I really like the quinoa bowls here. The ingredients are usually fresh and there are various toppings and sauces available. The bowls are surprisingly filling, especially if you add the focaccia bread on the side.
I also like that they regularly update the menu with new seasonal creations and toppings.
The one downside is that they’re often out of stock on some things like bread.

Wrote a review on the app, but thought I would share my experiences on here too because I was reprimanded by the person in charge of handling reviews. They told me that my review was not constructive and in order to find out more information about what went wrong, I should be more constructive and realize that “everyone is doing their best”. Obviously the lack of customer service here is a direct reflection of the person who is in charge of training and quite possibly the same person who handles reviews- unprofessional! This place has gone down hill in the last 12 months, bad customer service, prices have gone up while portions have gone down (they don’t even fill your salad bowl with lettuce). Essentially you’re getting a side salad for $20. The app used to offer rewards like an occasional $3 off or a free salad on your birthday and they no longer offer these rewards which is also a joke.

Each time I get to come in here, it has been a great experience, I was allowed exceptions and swaps for the bowl that I ordered, and I get to say exactly how I want it put together and packed up, like sauces on the side, and things like that.
The food is always very fresh, and very tasty!
I look forward to coming in again, there’s not enough fresh veggie alternatives near me, so it really makes my trips here that much more special.

I’ve only gotten delivery and have only ordered the Steak It Off, which is an EXCELLENT choice if you like a little spice with your steak salad.
My review is primarily about the above and beyond customer service. I’ve got to eat gluten free, and really appreciate when a restaurant keeps an eye out for possible hazards.
