The lady Crystal was very rude to my party that was there from out of town. We had never been to the place and decided to leave and find other food even after a long day of golfing.
When we went to talk to the manager she was super rude and said you guys can leave BYE on a rude way. She was nasty and not very welcoming. We had just asked if we needed to order up there or they came to us at our table and she said did you not read the sign. Just not very good service!
She threatened to call the police and another guy who worked there started cussing at my family.
Just very unprofessional for a Disney resort when it’s supposed to be happy place.
Going to report this to the higher ups and my contacts at Disney!

Great spot by the pool for drinks. Burger was totally overcooked but the shrimp tacos were great!

The pizza is great at Evergreens but the service we got from Alejandro was even better. My very young son became sick at the table and Alejandro rushed over to help. He grabbed us what we needed to keep the mess contained and helped us clean up. I really appreciated his amazing customer service!

My family dines here many times when we stay at Shades. The food is excellent…I especially love the shrimp tacos. A fun arcade is also attached.

Delicious burger. Hot crispy fries. Friendly service and fun atmosphere. Live Music if you’re lucky. Great place to eat if you’re done at the park but still want to be out and about.

I came here 2022 for the first time… BEST Fish and chips!!! Wonderful pretzels, with mustard or cheese. And these Banana daiquiris are the best I’ve had…. EVER!!! I came back, I’m here now…. Tried all the same foods, and everything is still amazing!!! I will be back, 1000% recommend to all!!!
