I am giving Everest Nepal in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, a five star review! I have made this decision for many reasons. In this review, I will be listing three. The first reason is atmosphere, the atmosphere here is amazing; to the music and calming screens on the television, this made me want to stay here. The second reason is service, the customer service was amazing; the waitress that was assisting me kept checking on my food and how it was, as well as filling up my cup of water. Finally, the last reason is the food, it was amazing; I got the veggie momo. The inside was mixed with vegetables of different kinds, giving a crunchy taste. And the outside was soft and slimy; but in a good way! And with the sauce, it made for a great flavor and taste with the momo! To conclude, these were the three reasons why I gave Everest Nepal 5 stars!

We went for takeout and tried the chicken biryani. Honestly, it was disappointing. The rice had no real flavor, and the dish felt thrown together with minimal effort or understanding of classic biryani. Huge chunks of bell peppers made no sense in the mix. If you’re expecting traditional chicken biryani, this will fall flat. What they served was closer to rice with chicken and bell peppers lightly tossed in spices—not biryani.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for a late lunch today. I was totally blown away. We are both CIA grads who have worked 5 star Forbes and Michelin around the country. Our experience blew many of these places out of the water. The ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. The service was graceful and professional. The hospitality felt like we were invited into their home. And the food and drinks had amazing flavor. There were no salt or pepper shakers on the table which is very respectful because the food was seasoned perfectly. We will be back every time we’re in Glenwood from now on. Thank you! Oh and it’s very affordable which is even more impressive with the state of the food industry these days.

This restaurant offers very tasty options. The shrimp(my favorite ) masala was delicious. The garlic butter naan was divine. The traditional chicken curry was perfect. Their specialty cold iced Chai like tea was refreshing and thirst satisfying, not to mention absolutely delicious.

We had Korma, Bhuteko, Naan, Gulam Jamun. They have the best Naan! Everything was hot, service was amazing. Better than amazing! The staff was so friendly we felt like we were family. Food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. They also sent the robot over to the table with our food! 10 out of 10 experience. This place has our heart!

My family and I love coming to Everest Nepal. Their food has so much flavor and Ive never been disappointed by anything I’ve ordered, even when trying something new. Laura was my server tonight and she was so attentive with every table and paid attention to every detail, she truly made the dining experience amazing!

The reviews let us down or maybe it was just a bad day. Hubby and I were excited to try this place. First the service was excellent, the little robot that brings your food was cute. The atmosphere was ok. Now the food was not terrible but it definitely wasn’t anything to write home about. The chicken was very dry and over cooked and the naan bread was burned pretty bad on one side and a little on the other side. The sauces were pretty good. I do like my chicken well done but not dry. We may give them another shot next time we are in town.

I had garlic roti and paneer makhni, food was slightly delayed, so the staff offered me some chai until then and finally when the food came, it tasted really good. I ordered mild level spice and found that a bit spicy for my liking, but the food was great. Definitely recommend this place for the tasty food and the friendly staff.

The taste of food was mediocre and so was the service, half of the order was omitted and the waitress just dumping food and moves on. Oh wait! Best part, Gratitude of 18% is automatically added without your permission no matter the size of the table.
