This is a golden little gem tucked in the corner of a strip mall. Every time we have eaten here, the food has been fantastic. My wife and I love this place. I am not an expert on Indian cuisine, but it feels authentic, and tastes what I would imagine it to be. The prices are very reasonable as well. If your looking for something special and different in the middle of “Beef Country”, stop by here and you can not go wrong.

I dont eat out often but this is one of my favorite places to do so. My best friend, Bryan, eats here probably weekly. I love their curry! I switch it up a little every time I go. We also highly recommend getting the naan bread basket!

I wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars! I live in Lincoln and was passing through with my mother who is not usually a huge fan on Indian Cuisine, but Everest definitely won her over. From the moment we walked in the staff was so welcoming and accommodating! It has a relaxing atmosphere and the decor was simple yet elegant. Now let me get started on the food because oh my (five) stars y’all, everything I put in my mouth here was perfect. My mother got the buffet and loved that she was able to pick and choose items suited for her comfort level. I went for the chicken curry off of the menu and was amazed at how delicious it was. I am a self proclaimed expert of chicken curry and this dish was THE BEST IVE EVER HAD. Also the Everest bread basket is a must.
To the owner – thank you so much for the experience and quality of your food and restaurant. If you guys are thinking of expanding please come to Lincoln! You would give all the restaurants there a run for their money! We will definitely be back and we are bringing friends!!!!

Delicious food and very friendly service! They were consistent in offering to refill our drinks. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who wants to change up their dinner routine. There are options that are vegetarian and GF. The portion sizes are generous and served hot. I have been there several times and I never get tired of their dishes.

I stopped into Kearney last weekend to visit a friend who lives there. I told my friend to show me some of “Kearney’s best” food and I had pretty low expectations of a smaller Nebraska town. I ordered the Goan Shrimp Curry and my friend ordered the Reshmi Chicken Kabab. We got a side of garlic and onion naan with mint chutney as well. Oh. My. GOSH! Both of our our orders were absolutely divine. Goan Shrimp is usually my go to at Indian restaurants and Everest Fusion’s takes the cake. If you aren’t looking for something spicy, get this. It’s creamy, buttery, and melts in your mouth. My friend’s chicken kebabs were moist and flavorful and I couldn’t stop stealing from his plate. The naan was also fantastic and paired with the best mint chutney I’ve ever had! This food was so good I made us order it again the next day. Seriously. In addition to the great food, all employees were wearing masks, the staff was so friendly and weren’t afraid to have some fun, and everything in our order was tightly wrapped and secured for the ride home. I will make it a priority to eat here whenever I visit in the near future.

The service is TERRIBLE. Do not go and expect amazing service, or let alone any drinks to be brought (as simple as water…) before 20 minutes of sitting in thirst. Don’t expect to get your first choice in food either as they are out of half of their menu. Also, make sure to use the restroom prior to visiting. They were filthy; I encountered over a dozen bugs and beetles on the floor in there. I noticed multiple tables who looked just as frustrated and overheard one that’s order was all wrong when they finally received it. It was just an overall terrible experience despite how nice the atmosphere looks when you walk in.
The ONLY redeeming factor is the food. This food is AMAZING. The only way I would ever think about going back is ordering takeaway. Best Indian food I’ve found while living in Nebraska! That is why I have added one star back to my 1 star rating. The food. Nothing else about this experience was good.

Ever since I found out about this place, I’ve constantly always wanted to go there every single chance that I could. Everything is prepared fast and is always delicious.
We have taken the kids here as well and they absolutely loved it! I’ve never had a problem with Davis at all and he has been very attentive to our needs every single time and has never been overbearing either. Truly a great person to represent the establishment!
The flavors here are phenomenal and I always try to get something new when I can, but I always am absolutely in love with their “Mango Chicken”. Pair that with some fresh garlic naan and some extra spice on the side and I just can’t stop eating it!
Sadly, from my understanding, the business will be permanently shutting down on June 15th. This absolutely tears me apart. I haven’t even been able to find a place that even remotely comes to the flavors here 🙁
If you have time to go before that date though, I can’t recommend it enough. Always a peaceful visit and people just seem to respect others dining here which you barely can find at all in any restaurant in the entire area. I can only hope the best for everyone that made this business a reality.
