I ordered a Full Moon bowl and a wild berry Celsius on DoorDash. The Full Moon is absolutely delicious! It is nice and light and it tastes like dessert without having to feel guilty about the calories!! My Full Moon bowl was fresh and definitely Instagramable. My food was light/refreshing but also filling! The staff also drew a super cute strawberry on my bag and a nice little thank you for ordering from them! I will definitely be buying from here again!!

I got a peanut butter acai bowl, but received it without peanut butter (ordered through Uber Eats). I called to see if they could make this right, and as the conversation continued the person on the phone said “have you never made a mistake” and laughed through the conversation. The error was not corrected.

For some reason this location doesn’t offer their bowls in Size Small which was very disappointing since we weren’t that hungry. Tried the new Mango but wasn’t a big fan. Once again, I really wish there was more nutritional info on the few staple bowls they offer. The bases are between a sorbet and a custard but without the flavor and not like most acai bases. The fruit is fresh and they offer some other toppings but I think without the nutritional info and without a size small or kids option we’ll just go get Froyo and load up on our own fresh fruit next time instead of spending 10 minutes trying to find a flavor we both like and can share.

I think some music would have lightened the atmosphere. The acai itself had frozen chunks in it and was not very fresh compared to other places I have had. There was not a lot of fruit options and it was also not fresh. The proportions were good though. The service was not great, I had to wait a while until someone noticed I was there. I had never been to this location before therefore i was very confused on what to do. The employee did not help very much. This place is also cashless, so luckily I had my card, but they did not inform me/no sign stating before hand that they did not take cash.
