Went here for the first time with my
boyfriend and had a great experience, large portions of tasty food and it was very affordable, plenty of options. Service was speedy and friendly. Our waitress Lindsey did a wonderful job taking care of us, we will definitely be back!

I had a “Mexican omelette” and my wife had the Eggs Benedict.
10/10 across the board food wise. The omelette was huge tasted great and came with hash browns and toast. The churizo in the omelette was on point and the amount of other ingredients was well balanced.
The sauce on the Eggs Benedict was great too (I finished off my wife’s food because I am a slob).
Overall a cute little breakfast and lunch dinner with great staff and food! Would go again when I am in the area.

We ate there once before and it was good and service was ok.
Went there today and the first problem was that the hostess/waitress acted like we were putting her out because we came in to eat breakfast and she had to seat us.
Then I tried ordering something off the kids menu because I dont eat a lot. The waitress said it was for 10 and under. I told her I’ve never had anyone make an issue of me ordering from the kids menu. She said “Can’t you read its right there on the menu, age 10 and under.”
Then she told me I needed to order off the senior menu. I looked at the senior menu and guess what? Its for 55 and older. I said im not 55.
She said well I cant help it, you can order off the senior menu.
So…I can order off the senior menu though im not 55 but I cant order off the kids menu because im not 10?
I probably would have just shared what my husband was having if I couldn’t order from the kids menu except she was so rude and then to tell me that the age matters for one category but not the other.
We paid for the drinks she already brought us and left. Went to another restaurant in the area and had a great meal, one that I ordered off the kids menu, with EXCELLENT service.

My family and I went to celebrate the 2 year passing of my sister at EVA’s today! The staff was amazing! Our food was great! I even witnessed the staff support a new small business owner in the best way! I love the environment every visit!

if you like the Edinburgh brand of tenderloin pounded with an inch of its life with a two to one breading to pork ratio this is a five-star tenderloin. if you actually prefer to taste the pork then it’s a four-star tenderloin still good and nicely seasoned. the grillef tenderloin was also handmade nicely seasoned bit on the dry side. I preferred the grilled my wife preferred the breaded. my mom got a Reuben which she enjoyed. a side of fresh fruit that was fresh not canned. fries are coated with something, flour? I don’t know what. I don’t like those but they were crispy

Absolutely perfect! My wife and I went in for our first time today, and were lucky enough to be graced by our server, Lindsey. We’ve eaten in diners and cafes up and down all of central Indiana, and we have never had such a kind, and good-natured person to take care of us during our stay as Lindsey. You can’t train that kind of great attitude, it only comes natural to some. The warm, gentle lighting of the relaxed environment was exactly what we were looking for today and we are grateful to the kitchen for making us such great food. We will be back, thank you!

Eva’s Pancake House is a great place to come for breakfast and has a great atmosphere and the service is always amazing! I always get the five star skillet and it never disappoints and always fills me up. I meet my buddies here when I’m in town and we love coming here. I highly recommend coming here! SUPPORT LOCAL
