I heard good things… Was NOT disappointed on a Sunday for breakfast!
Best chicken fried steak I can remember. Hash browns that look like a potatoe went though a cheese grater.
Staff and regulars were really friendly. Even got a “train shot” when a train went by (jello shot).

The “Evaro Bar” located along US Route 93 about 14-15 miles from downtown Missoula is a “Run-A-Way Bill” Favorite experience.
The friendliness of the staff & customers gave me a smile-riffic experience. The bar atmosphere, bar flair, customer parking availability, interactive customers, the smile-riffic menu items, & my tasty-riffic “chicken fried steak” all added to a favorable 1st time experience.
Special FREE “train jello-shots” every time a train passed by added even more smiles to my visit. I smiled with laughter so much I had laughter tears in my eyes.

Absolutely amazing place. The outside might be misleading, but it is amazing. They let kids in and they have billiards, chess, checkers, Jenga, and a bunch of other fun stuff. Amazing food. Not too greasy like other burgers and amazing price. Great atmosphere. Nobody was upset or anything. Everyone was just talking around and having a great time.

Stopped in on a whim, could not tell you how amazing this establishment is. Our bartender, Emily, is hands down the best service I’ve ever had. She’s beautiful, intelligent, kind, we probably have the same interests, etc. Also the brisket was good.

What a great surprise we had waiting for us at the evero bar and casino. Sunday is their brisket day and we are real fans of brisket. And pretty picky ones too. In fact I haven’t found really good brisket anywhere in Missoula with maybe one exception. Well these guys hit a home run. Not only that, unlike almost every other barbecue place the sides were wonderful too. The baked beans, A+. We bypassed the coleslaw and chose potato salad instead. Right decision, it was also A+. Corn on the cob and jalapeno toast were included as well. Top notch. But the brisket, the main thing, was more than excellent. Really. And quite a generous portion. In fact two of us split one plate and it was plenty. But the brisket was so good I think next time I’ll force myself and get my own portion 🙂 Try this place you won’t be sorry.

Nice little bar. Good place for a pit stop on your way through. We had a cranberry vodka and a Red Bull Jäegermeister. Generous drinks, reasonable prices and nice staff. I’ll stop again my next time through.

My husband and I went there on a Sunday to meet some friends. Amazing brisket dinner made in the smoker right outside! Outdoor horseshoe pits and patio area. The service was great! We would definitely recommend here to anyone local or passing through.

The bar was very nice, very good food. We had a Philly cheese steak sandwich with french fries and it was divine. I am a big tipper as I’ve worked in customer service most of my life. This was the first time I have never loved a tip because the service was terrible. The bartender gave us a menu but then never came back to the table to take our order despite only having four customers in the bar . When she did bring her food she gave us the wrong things and neglected to give us napkins. She didn’t check to see if we needed more drinks. Due to covid and just basic customer service it would have been better had she come to our table rather than us having to come up to the bar and order our things. Despite the bad service I would go back there again because they have darts, a pool table, a good jukebox, and some gambling machines. The place was very clean and the food was superb.
