This is the best pizza in Victoria! I got the supreme. It tasted fresh and came out hot.
We arrived right at 2pm on a Saturday and it got full quickly! They need to open earlier. I added red chili pepper flakes and jalapeños It was crispy, flavorful & delicious.
I picked the Maine Root Root Beer from the fridge. My fave soda brand.
The service was good and you pick where you want to sit.
I absolutely loved the decor & they had outdoor seating but it was misty outside and everything was wet.
It is loud in here because it’s full of happy adults and kids! Don’t expect quiet dining.
When you visit, go to the bathroom and push the button! It’s awesome!

I am blown away! Some of the best pizza of had in some time! We had the meet lovers pizza and hot honey jalepeno and both were gone by the time dinner was over. Great selection of beer and on tap margs! I can’t wait to come back. There wasn’t also a great live musician (see video).

An absolute gem of an eatery! Staff was beyond cordial and, unbeknownst to me until later, I met the owner and he was out and about working and gabbing with the customers.
Pizza, I had the supreme, was of fresh ingredients and not on the side of sparingly. Rich, delicious flavors, chewy and saucy on top while slightly crunchy on the crust side. Definitely planning a return trip. For real!

Oh this is the place to go. I ordered my first pizza here Saturday. I sat outside cause it was nice enough weather. There must’ve been a car every 30 seconds picking up orders to go. My pizza came out quick with great service. The pizza was fabulous. Definitely top five favorite pizzas of all time. Highly recommend

Evans Fire Oven Pizza – This Is How Pizza Should Be Made

If you’re looking for real pizza, not that conveyor-belt, doughy football pizza from the national chains, Evans Fire Oven Pizza is where you need to be. This spot knows how to do it right—cracker-thin crust with a great undercarriage, especially when ordered well done. Every pizza is made fresh after you order, and the owners take the time to remember you and your go-to order if you’re a regular. They’ll have live music on occasion and check their open hours.

The interior is welcoming, and the people running it make the experience even better. It’s a far cry from the mass-produced pizza you’ll find elsewhere.

On the Dave Portnoy scale, I’d give it a solid 7.8, considering Portnoy rarely hands out an 8 or higher. To put it in perspective, the big chain pizzas typically land in the 4.3 to 4.6 range just above frozen pizza.

Victoria, if you care about quality over quantity, stop settling for that basic conveyor mediocre pizza. Get yourself to Evans Fire Oven Pizza and taste the difference.

Very cute place with lots of cool and funny signs all over the walls. Kind of hidden and there’s only really street parking. Went with a friend and we shared a stuffed cheese sticks appetizer and meat lovers pizza Casual setting and great place to hang out, food was really good and will definitely come back again!

My daughter got the meat pizza and ate 3 slices (which I stole 2 slices from) and I got the custom ordered one that I got 3 slices of and shared the rest of both pizzas with coworkers. Loved the flavor, I could have ate more LOL. The crust had great flavor and wasn’t heavy at all. The white sauce on mine was very flavorful too. All in all two thumbs up and can’t wait to eat more.

This was our first time ordering from here so I’m not sure if it was an off night bc it seemed busy. But we could barely chew our pizza. It was super hard yet doughy? Kind of hard to explain but me, my husband, and daughter all said it hurt our teeth after with the one slice we still tried to eat.

Great pizza, fast service, plenty of seating! I had the pepperoni, jalapeno, and mushroom pizza. It was just the right amount of sauce and cheese, and the crust is yummy! I’ll be back.

Heard about this place when a bunch of great bartenders at talking about it. Went there with a friend and Wow! Great selection, everything looked great and made from scratch with meticulous attention to detail (on my second visit spent 10-20 minutes talking to the owner), I won’t share his secrets, but if you there he might!

Also they had one of my favorite beers, Peroni. The atmosphere, people, service, food all fantastic.

They have music occasionally and home made ice cream to boot. Try it!
