Let’s talk coffee—because that’s where Evans Brothers really shines. I tried a few different drinks, and each one stood out. My custom iced drink (oat milk, cinnamon, and honey) was made with care and absolutely hit the spot—refreshing, subtly sweet, and perfectly balanced. I also had a cherry-infused cold brew topped with a thick, luxurious cold foam. The cherry flavor was subtle and never overpowering—not overly sweet or tart, just smooth and genuinely enjoyable.
For me, the real test of a coffee shop is always the cortado. Evans Brothers nailed it. The espresso was rich and savory with none of that bitterness or sourness you sometimes find elsewhere. The milk was just right—not too much foam, not too little. It’s the kind of drink you want to sip slowly and savor.
I did grab a s’mores cookie from the bakery case. Honestly? It didn’t wow me, but I didn’t regret trying it either—sometimes you just want a treat with your coffee.
All in all, Evans Brothers is the sort of local spot that gets the details right—friendly service, great coffee, and a space that feels like it’s made for you to linger. Highly recommend stopping in, whether you’re a local or just passing through.
The best pour overs around hands down, test their knowledge, I dare you. After pleasantly sipping sweet toasty bright coffee enjoy an in house hand pie or slice of quiche for breakfast. I promise you it’s delicious.
There’s just nothing bad you can say about Evan’s Brothers from the quality and flavor of the products to the customer service and the ambience of the Cafe. It’s just perfection all around.
