Small neighborhood restaurant with housemade Central Asian and Eastern European Halal food and a pinch of love. Home style, grandma style, comfort food, big portions and very reasonable prices. We have imported products from Central Asia, and unique drinks(non-alcoholic) people from Soviet Union countries used to love drinking. A lot of culture in one place that you should definitely check out.

Truly authentic home made food! Amazing quality and care been put into making every single dish.
I can cook most of the items on the menu myself, I want to say that their version was as good or better.
My only recommendation would be for them to re-do the menu and create one with the pictures, like a lot of other ethnic food places do. The names of the classical dishes from the Eastern Europe and Asia don’t speak to average American visitor.

Amazing food and welcoming vibes!
Eurasia Restaurant is a true gem in Chicago. Everything we tried was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the Azerbaijani owner, Rustam, welcomes everyone like an old friend — you instantly feel at home. A unique bonus is that you can play chess or backgammon while you’re there, which makes the experience even more special. Highly recommend for great food, great people, and a relaxed, authentic atmosphere!

I recently dined at EuroAsia, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The place has a nice, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Parking can be a little tricky since it’s mostly street meter parking, but trust me—it’s absolutely worth the effort.
The food was exceptional. I tried the Boss Lagman, which was bursting with rich, comforting flavors and perfectly cooked noodles. The Chicken Frikase was tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned—a true comfort dish done right. But the real standout was an off-the-menu Azerbaijan dish: the Potato Dumplings. Soft, savory, and packed with authentic taste, they were easily one of the best things I’ve had in a while!
What really made the night special, though, was the amazing service. The staff were warm and attentive, and even the owner came by to personally say hello, which added such a genuine touch to the experience.
If you’re looking for a place that combines delicious Eurasian cuisine, a welcoming vibe, and top-tier hospitality, I highly recommend EuroAsia. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Visited the restaurant on weekend for lunch and there was no line. I tried the Airan (cold savory yogurt), Borsh (Borscht soup), and Kuurdak with beef, and all of them were delicious and authentic, with satisfying portions. Welcome bread was available while waiting for order to be prepared. The restaurant was relatively quiet which make it easy to have conversation. The walls have nice decorations. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We visited Euroasia Restaurant to try their khangal/xengəl/хинкали — an Azerbaijani-style lasagna served with ground beef, fried onions, and garlic yogurt. The taste was truly like home, so comforting and delicious. Even though it’s not on the menu, we knew they had it from their Instagram posts.
We also enjoyed their honey cake and Napoleon with tea — everything was amazing. The food, flavors, and warm atmosphere made it a wonderful experience.

This restaurant is AWESOME. I highly recommend you check out Euroasia Restaurant. The food is excellent, and tastes very fresh. The chef bragged that he makes the best borscht in the city, and he may be right (that’s saying something in Chicago). The staff was super kind and attentive without being too in your business during the meal. They also brought out a beet salad for us that was not on the menu, but which should be because it was delicious. The portions were generous and the food was thoughtfully presented. I felt it was good value for money. I don’t know what’s in the water over in this part of town, but between Doma and Euroasia, this area is quickly becoming one of my favorites for restaurants. I’m very excited to return to Euroasia in the near future.

Definitely the top spot for borscht in Chicago! The owner and chef is a talented Azerbaijani with amazing hospitality. The menu is fantastic, so if you’re in the downtown area, be sure to check it out—you won’t regret it! The staff is also friendly and welcoming, making it the perfect place for both locals and visitors who enjoy Eastern European and Northern Asian dishes.

This food was very good. It was definitely not a cuisine I’ve had before, but I found the food to be very comforting and flavorful and delicious. Our waiter was super enthusiastic and friendly and he was really nice and he was really knowledgeable about the menu and provided me a really great recommendation. Took us a while to figure out though that we needed to pay the check up at the counter, so we sat and waited. I’d definitely go again. Easy recommend.
