*update* I returned for more and this bistro does not disappoint! Wonderful customer service was given (again) by Tam and all the staff. The garlic noodles were fantastic, the beef was pretty darn perfect, the flan dessert was scrumptious, and the ravioli appetizer to-go was devoured in less than a minute. And FYI, the banh mi bread is made in-house, baked fresh daily, and is beautifully soft! I’d suggest to the owners to market more or mention on the menu about their handmade bread. I read how their prices have gone up over time, understandably, but the food speaks for itself, and the scratch-made quality is there.
Absolutely delicious with a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Their robot is an entertaining addition, and very cool! The food tasted very fresh and handmade with great care! The Banh Mi and the pastry were excellent! The bread was fantastic! We look forward to returning for more!

I guessed it opened recently so we stopped by to try it. It’s inside a food court, you can find parking lot on the street or behind the food court.
We ordered bò lúc lắc (shaking beef salad), cơm gà xối mỡ (crispy chicked w rice), bún thịt nướng (vermicelli w grilled meat), and bánh xèo. Recommend Bánh xèo, it’d be better if they give lots of veggie/ lettuces along at first. Also, shaking beef salad was flavory and tasty, enough for someone isn’t too hungry at the time. The crispy chicken was too dry in my opinion.
The restaurant was cozy with fun little robot bringing the food out to us and staffs were friendly and helpful!

This place was great and lots of fun! It’s a very laid back environment while still looking classy with a robot server. The food tasted very clean and refreshing! The cheesecake was very good too: not too sweet! I would definitely recommend the Chicken Pho, Beef Stir Fried Noodles, and cheesecake.

It was okay, but I’ve had much better Vietnamese food. The service was fine, but the food was not impressive. Spring rolls were tough and hard to chew, peanut sauce was really bland. I also thought the Pho was just okay. The restaurant was clean but I won’t be back.

Absolutely delicious!! 10/10 would recommend. My family and I love eating pho and we make it a point to try it no matter where we travel. Their pho is easily top 3 best pho. The fried tofu is also worth a try absolutely delicious!! The food was so good my younger brother mastered chopsticks which he usually struggled with. We even ordered food to go after eating. The staff were amazing as well and really took care of us.

This place on east 9mile is my absolute favorite place to eat currently. The food here is at the very top of the scale. It is just the best Vietnamese food around in my opinion. And the staff is extremely fast, friendly and efficient. I love this place and recommend it to everyone. Don’t pass up this place. Definitely come try this delicious food out for yourself.

This is a very quite and nice place. Food is amazing, had their spicy beef noodle, the meat to noodle ratio was amazing. Soup was filled with meat and had a very even meat to noodle ratio. Had the sides of sprouts, jalapeños, cilantro, basil, broth was tasty. Also had the beef bah mi sandwich was delicious, had a sweet taste to it and bread was nice and fresh and soft. I enjoyed the experience. Had a robot that comes and delivers your food and will come get your dishes when finished. Definitely will go back.

Great food and typical great service! But last time I came in my waitress was incredibly invasive, inappropriate, and racist.
I came in by myself to eat lunch and I was served by a younger African American woman whose name started with K. I ordered soup and fried rice and she said “Damn you’re going to eat all of that?” And I laughed uncomfortably and said I was planning to bring some home.
Later when she brought my food she commented on my race. I am an Asian woman but she over and over told me that I looked “Indian” she said “you look so Indian? What you’ve never gotten that before” she then nit picked my hair, facial features, outfit and behavior saying that I seem Indian. She asked me what race I was and I said “I’m not comfortable with answering that” and she said “you’re not comfortable? Well where are your parents from” and kept pushing me to answer. When she brought out my food she sat down in the booth with me and continued to ask what my life plan was.
She sat in my booth for 15 minutes or so and I was trying to eat with my headphones on. She trauma dumped her unfortunate situation with her jobs, parents, and the father of her daughter.
Overall it was a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience.

So good! Glad I stopped here. I got the tofu banh mi and a peach tea with mango boba. The sandwich was so light and fresh, perfectly done. I would have liked to have more vegetables but it was a good value for the price. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helped me decide on the flavor combo for the drink since I’ve never had a drink like this before. Love love love the robot assistance, so cool and felt like I stepped into the future. The establishment is very well kept, clean, and efficient.

We ordered the pho, chicken vermicelli, egg rolls, and gyoza dumplings. Overall, the food was decent, but we likely won’t be returning. We’ve had better options from other places in Pensacola. The vegetables weren’t pickled, and the sauce was just okay. As for the pho, it was fine, but nothing that really stood out.
On the plus side, the service was nice, the place was clean, and it’s in a great location with a pleasant atmosphere.
