Our pizza ended up getting delivered to the wrong house. I called the store and they took care of it right away. They said they’d refund my $ AND send out a pizza right away. And they did!! It arrived super quick, hot and delicious!! Shout out to all of them for making it right-especially on Super Bowl night!! Thanks so much!!

I have always had a good experience when it comes to getting pizza. I really enjoy there pizza just because the toppings that are on the pizza, it’s real toppings. I ordered a BLT sub from here, and when I got it back to work, the bacon was “Fake Bacon”. It wasn’t real bacon, and instead they used that pre packaged bacon! Why can’t food restaurant’s use real food, not pre made bs. Very disappointed, but it’s my fault for ordering this item tonight

I’m a 75 year old lady that lives alone. Eudicis called me and said they would not deliver unless I left a tip. I did not see a tip option when I placed my order and there was already a $5 delivery charge so I thought that was it. I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a delivery of a small pizza, small salad, breadsticks and two 20 oz drinks. The breadsticks were missing from the delivery and I paid for them, so of course I am going to call and ask for them to bring it. Mind you, we live very close, just don’t feel like leaving the house so I opted in to tipping a delivery driver to deliver, which coincidentally seems to be part of their job. The person who received the call was very rude and unprofessional. We believe in “kill em with kindness” and know that people working are just people trying to pay their bills, so no need to be rude to them. Mistakes happen. WHY do you think it’s acceptable to be rude to paying customers for absolutely no reason other than your own employees mistake? Will not be returning here.

So I spent $42 for 2 pizzas and a bread. I paid more money for bacon and pepperoni. But I got less pepperoni than I’ve ever seen. This photo is my daughter’s pizza. 5 pepperoni’s over 4 slices?! For real? Little Caesars doesn’t even do me like this. For the cost, this may be the last time i order pizza from this spot. You can’t inflate pricing and give me less topping when I paid for standard amount of toppings?!

I ordered a steak and cheese with the premium steak listed in the description on the sub itself. It was roast beef. They claimed they make their steak and cheese with roast beef. Why not call it roast beef and cheese? Or list roast beef in description. I did get a refund but extremely upset with how this was advertised. Don’t get the steak and cheese if you’re expecting steak.

This pains me to give it such a low score but this is a super unsanitary establishment. I have ordered this sandwich from there 3 times in the last 3 months or so. The sandwich tastes great. But when I got it for the 2nd time the guy gave me my change back then went and started touching other peoples food without washing his hands. I thought this was a one off thing and went back yesterday and a lady gave me my change back and didn’t wash her hands and started touching food. That to me is so unsanitary and disgusting I don’t think I’ll go back. And I’m leaving this review so they change their ways and do stuff more sanitary. Please change the protocol on washing your hands!
