I especially love that they KNOW How to cook Salmon!
Photos are of Basil Fried Rice with Salmon .
(I get it without the jalapeño because I can’t take the heated kick they give.) But delicious both ways!
I’ve enjoyed everything I ever ordered from here.
Massaman curry broth was on point. Potatoes and carrots could be softer and there could be more rice.
The special fried rice with tamarind and fried shrimp was very tasty and good texture.
Good size Thai iced tea. Flavor on point.
– Chicken Tom Kha Kai: Very delicious and flavorful classic. They loaded it up with chicken and mushrooms and the broth was amazing.
– Garlic & Pepper soft shell crab: Awesome flavor and the quality of the soft shell crab was amazing. The breading was perfect and the amount given compared to other places is above the rest because those other places easily overcharge or give you a cheap crabs that barely have any content. The ones this restaurant uses are really meaty and flavorful.
– Squid Ink Spaghetti Salmon: The dish is really simple but really flavorful (I wish the salmon itself had a bit more salt/seasoning, but eaten with the ikura, it definitely balances it out). Everything was cooked really nice.
– Royal Rib Eye Massaman: Super soft and tender. It’s difficult to order Thai Curry with beef because a lot of other places simply make to order and throw the thin slices of beef in there without actually letting the meat slow cook and absorb which make it tough. However this place nailed it. They use thicker cuts of ribeye that slow cook to tender and I’ve never had a better beef curry. They also serve it with fried noodles and tempura zucchini as a garnish and they separate them separately so it doesn’t get soggy. The only minor downside was the potato was a little tough but it wasn’t a big deal. They even packaged separate reserve curry sauce as well which is a plus.
– Cucumber salad: A really refreshing side dish to accompany the rest of the exotic flavors. Adds a really nice touch during the meal and I highly recommend it!
This place is legit and the amount of care and detail shows with each dish. They use their creativity to touch up on some classic asian dishes without going far from its roots. Usually I’m having to doctor/alter some dishes I try but this place had basically the flavors perfect. I can definitely tell that the entire menu is hit after hit and I can’t wait to go try it in person! Kudos to you guys and keep up the great work. Easily a hidden gem.
They refused to remake the order repeating
“ If we make again, it will be made the same, so we can’t remake it. I am very concerned and disappointed and this will definitely be my last time ordering. Food for thought:
Don’t patronize a business that values your order as only $$ and customer satisfaction guaranteed is not a concern of theirs…
