Stopped to waist time before dinner reservations and enjoyed some beverages. Seems like a great spot to hang with friends or date night. The food looked good and the menu had some interesting items to choose from. Lokks like they had games available which we saw a handful of tables doing. Definitely would like to come back to try the food.

My husband and I wandered in about 10 pm on a Thursday night, hoping for pub grub. The bartender announced the grill was closed. Understandable. It’s a week night. But then the chef offered to make us some food anyway. Oh my! That BLT burger was amazing and the fries were delicious. They brought us some curry ketchup to try. A touch sweet for me, but I did love the curry flavor.
I liked seeing all the board and card games available on a shelf. Looks like a fun place to grab a bite with friends. We appreciate them feeding us!
If you’re reading this, were the “couple from NY” and we plan to be back.

Food and beer were both very good. Grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was so good I had it twice in 4 days. Side note – kitchen is not open on Monday’s.

We enjoyed dinner here this summer and had a lovely meal. We shared the wedge salad which was nice. We also shared the patty melt and schnitzel. The flavor of the patty melt especially the rye bread was delicious. The fries were fine. The pork schnitzel was nicely breaded and crispy but a little dry. In fairness, we asked for the vinegar on the side but it didn’t come with it so that may have helped. The star of the show were the dumplings. I could have made an entire meal out of just those light and delicious pillows. My husband enjoyed the lengthy beer selection. The atmosphere is very much that of a pub and you order at the bar. Overall a good meal and would return to try other things on the menu.

Second time here (Cincy native), and I’d describe the food as offensively good for a bar. My husband described the kettle chips as the “best he’s ever had” and he’s had many a kettle chip in his lifetime. Beers are excellent. Love this place. ♥️

Ethereal Brewing Public House is hands down one of the best spots in town! The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance of laid-back and welcoming, making it just as great for catching up with friends as it is for a casual solo stop. The beer selection is top-notch—creative, well-crafted, and full of variety—there’s something here for both the adventurous craft beer drinker and those who stick to the classics. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to recommend a pint that matches your taste. Service is quick, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. The space itself has a warm vibe, with plenty of seating and a clean, comfortable setup that invites you to stay a while.

If you’re in the area, don’t pass this place up. Ethereal Brewing Public House is the definition of a true local gem. ✨

I’m so happy we stopped in for a bite to eat! This place is so cozy and the food is really good. We got a pretzel to share and I got a mushroom burger and fries and my bf got the fish an chips. While we waited we grabbed a board game from the shelf and played a few rounds of Battleship. We would def stop in again!

I walked in the door around 7pm tonight. I’m a sucker for pubs and breweries. This was my greeting from the bartender (who was the drunkest/highest person I’ve ever encountered outside of a music festival).

Leaning against the wall, eating with food on her face:
Sup.
Hello.
What do you want?
I’d like a drink.
That’s fair.
Then she stumbles around until she takes my order. I ordered a single pour of Eagle Rare, which of course became a 4 finger drink by the time she was done. My favorite part of the experience was when I told her I’d like to close out. She fumbled my credit card a bit and then used the (made up) sign for an apology from Planet of the Apes. I left most of my drink and went across the street to Jeff Ruby’s for a normal dining experience.

Went here for an early dinner with friends. The atmosphere is fun and there is a a decent beer selection. Would go here again for a drink, not a meal. The food was not very good. It was disappointing.

I ordered the pretzel with beer cheese. The mixture of the Brie and Camembert cheeses and beer was not good. I did not enjoy the taste. The pretzel was fine, though a tiny bit over baked.

I also ordered the duck confit with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The mashed potatoes and vegetables were good. The duck had the texture of being boiled first then pan fried to make the skin crispy. Th e meat had liquid but was dry and there wasn’t much flavor. Not good.

The fish and chips were okay. The fish was a bit too greasy and over breaded, but the fries were good.

The salad was very good, except for the addition of the Roquefort cheese which overpowered the simple flavors of the dressing and the dish. All I could taste was the cheese.

The food did come out very hot and pretty quickly.
