Chef Deb’s signature bright flavors & layered dishes comprise the menus, incorporating her favorite spices, produce and global recipes. A succinct wine and cocktail menu also span the globe, featuring select craft beer and a handful of culinary-minded libations. Pastry Chef Megan Williams rounds out the menus with artfully-plated desserts and made-from-scratch ice cream & sorbet.

This was an unexpected find. I was traveling for business and was just out for a quick bite close to my hotel when I came upon this restaurant. Very glad I did. This is definitely a gem. I was on my own, so I grabbed a seat at the bar. The bartender was awesome, though I can’t remember his name. Very tasty craft cocktails and great service. Then there was the food. Farm to table, fresh and delicious. I started with an app – the Candied Bacon Duo (you can’t pass up bacon! ) this was two thick slices of bacon prepared two different ways, with a pistachio pesto, ancho cherry gastrique and a butternut sage sauce. Absolutely amazing! Then for dinner I had a grilled pork ribeye. Cooked to tender perfection with pasilla papaya flan sauce, a coffee rum mole and a purple potato polenta. The entrée also came with brussel sprouts, but they had a side I couldn’t pass up in it’s place. Fried brussel sprouts, with orange blossom crema, candied orange, brown butter sambal and almonds. Again, an out of the park flavor explosion. If you found yourself in the area, I highly recommend a stop in here. Great food, service and atmosphere. I’ll definitely visit again on my next to to Nashville.

The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the quesadilla—crisp on the outside, perfectly cheesy on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a delightful blend of savory ingredients that left me craving more.
The cauliflower dish was equally impressive. It was roasted to perfection, with a delectable blend of spices that added a touch of warmth and complexity. The textures and flavors were spot-on, making it a standout dish.
Overall, ETC. Restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious food, friendly service, and cozy ambiance. I can’t wait to return for another wonderful dining experience!

Wow!! Staying at the Hyatt on business, and wandered in for a drink and perhaps a snack at the bar not knowing what this place was. Place was PACKED on a Wednesday night and it had great energy, was greeted kindly and told there were a few empty bar seats- I was intrigued! Ended up ordering a starter, a salad and an entre (scallops, etch salad, and the catfish- recommend all of those) and 2 specialty cocktails (h.o.v. lane), it was all so delicious and wonderful! Bill, the person behind the bar was INCREDIBLE -described everything on the menu and helped with my decision on what to order and is an absolute cocktail expert- ask him about his training and expertise- it’s worth it. (hello James Beard!) He wants to make you a perfect cocktail!! I really had a good time here and I highly recommend. I will be back next time I am in town! Thank you!

What a wonderful experience! The food was phenomenal! It was plated beautifully and tasted even better. The mushroom miso soup was rich and creamy. The shrimp and pasta had so many flavors. Every bite had a new taste. The fish was cooked to perfection! My husband got the pork fried rice bowl and absolutely loved it. The dessert was outstanding. It was a brown butter hazelnut cake with burnt orange icecream.

This restaurant was overall outstanding! I am not sure how I had not heard of it previously, based on how great it was. Our server was Byron, and he was on top of everything. All of the food was excellent, starting with our scallops and hushpuppies appetizer, then the pork ribeye and duck entrees, with fried German potato salad, with brown butter sesame cake for dessert.

Super cute restaurant. Happened in by accident and ate at the bar. The entire staff was friendly and made the experience. The food was creative and tasty. The lighting at the bar was very nice. In the restaurant not so nice at first. Then they toned it down. There’s outside seating as well.
