Great sushi. Served me like I was the only guest.. but there were only 4 other tables seated. I arrived early for a Saturday, 6p, so not crowded yet. Sat at the outside bar, attentive staff. Had gyoza, tuna seaweed cone (happy hour prices) and chef sushi selection, pictured. All fresh and very good. Mellow club vibe, but pretty quiet. Nice atmosphere, right on the beach. Yea, expensive. But good sushi in Hollywood Beach so thats expected. Get there for happy hour for good small plate prices (5:30-8:30p).

Food was absolutely delicious. This was my second time here, but this time I brought my family so we could try more dishes together. The octopus is definitely one of my favorites so far—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. We also loved the crispy chicken, the lamb, and of course the sushi, which was fresh and amazing. The dessert platter was truly the cherry on top and the perfect way to end the experience.
We stayed inside this time, and the atmosphere was really nice and comfortable, but I’m definitely coming back again for the beautiful outdoor view.
I also want to mention that Ronny was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening.
You definitely have to try this place.

Very good! We were just pleasantly surprised at how delicious this place was. We ordered sashimi, few rolls, grilled red snapper and edamame beans which kept our 5 year old entertained. Paola was a great server and the view was incredible. We will be back! Thanks again

Our dinner at Etaru was exceptional! The mushroom & rice hot pot and miso black cod were outstanding. For dessert, the miso crème brûlée was delicious. The ambiance is lovely — nothing beats dining oceanside in an elevated feeling space.

Really lovely location. Beautiful views. OK drinks. Good food , presented well. Our waitress, was not really warm and welcoming. She looked angry and was not very pleasant. As her shift ended, the next waitress was fantastic. Welcoming , exciting , happy & really made up for the lack of personality of the previous one. Def recommend it and give it a try.

I adore seafood, and this brunch was exactly my kind of pleasure — refined, fresh, and indulgent. While the selection may not be overwhelmingly large, every single dish is curated with intent and exceptional quality. This is not about quantity — this is about taste, freshness, and finesse.
The fish was impeccably fresh, and at some point during the brunch, each table is served a magnificent shared platter of sashimi, beautifully presented and incredibly delicate in flavor. A real showstopper.
The grilled octopus deserves a special mention — tender, perfectly charred, and full of flavor. You can actually walk up and see the seafood being prepared — everything looks pristine and freshly handled, which instantly builds trust and appetite.
Fresh oysters with a divine sauce, outstanding sashimi, and seafood that simply melts in your mouth… A dream for true gourmets.
And then comes the cherry on top — the unlimited drinks. The service is almost unreal: I barely had time to sip my glass before it was kindly refilled again and again. Even after two glasses, the staff would appear with warm smiles and another refill. Effortless, generous, and perfectly paced hospitality.
Add to this the breathtaking outdoor terrace, the view, the breeze, and the atmosphere — and suddenly brunch turns into a little Mediterranean escape.
This is not just a meal.
This is a moment.

Etaru was simply wonderful for our Halloween Dinner Brunch. The ambience and service were only topped by the quality and value of the $89/ person all you can eat and drink pricing for the evening. My family of 5 was celebrating my Jr sisters 30th bday and could not have chosen a better restaurant for the evening 🙂

We stayed at Diplomat hotel and walked over here for lunch. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the ocean and even although it was chilly they had heaters and blankets for us. Food was delicious, fish very fresh and flavorful, crafted cocktails paired well with food. I forgot to take pictures but I’ll be back.
