Eta Pie is the brainchild of three long time friends who believe that only the limits of imagination and creativity should dictate how you create your pizzas, salads or bowls. Thus, our offerings range from the traditional to the whimsical and culinarily serious. We encourage our valued customers to build their own masterpieces, matched perfectly to their individual preferences drawing from our palate of two pizza crusts, two bowl foundations, three blends of salad greens, five sauces, over thirty premium toppings, thirteen finishing options and six house-made salad dressings. We also invite choices from among more than twenty-five pre-curated pizza, salad and bowl options born of our chefs’ inspirations.

I recommend the bbq chicken, the marinated mushrooms, the caramelized onions, and if ur feeling adventurous the Masala sauce;) the pictures dont do it justice because it was after an hour drive home but it was delicious!!!
The fried food is why I’m leaving a review at all. Fried chicken, fried mozzarella, fried ravioli; it all tastes horrible, like wet dog and the promise of acid reflux. It’s been the same every time I’ve ordered over the past couple months. One of the most consistently bad experiences I’ve had with any restaurant.
This place may not look like much from the outside, but the pizza is authentic Italian! So many unique pies to choose from. My wife is GF and tried this pizza with peaches and prosciutto (WILD sounding I know ). It was incredible and you could barely tell the crust was GF!
They also have local soda which was super charming. I had the meat lovers pizza, which had unique flavor as well. Ended it all with a Canoli dessert. If you’re visiting Ithica, you gotta stop by!
I did a DIY pizza and every topping I chose was absolutely delicious. Friendly folks, fast service, and great food- what else could you ask for?
