Authentic French Bakery – Venez découvrir un coin de France ! Come and discover a part of France!
We love good food and want to share a part of our culture with you. We use quality organic ingredients wherever possible. Our approach to bread is based on the Respectus Panis® method developed by Les Ambassadeurs du Pain. We give nature time to work for us, so there is no rapid fermentation and low salt content! We don’t add gluten to our viennoiseries in addition to flour. We avoid food coloring.
Our coffee comes from Laos. We support small-scale producers.
For our tea, we partner with Mariage Frères, the French tea specialist since 1854!
We focus on the good rather than the beautiful!

Et Voilà! French Bakery is such a gift to the community, and having a spot like this right in the neighborhood adds real value to the area. We tried what we believe was the apple tart, similar in style to their lemon tart, and it was beautifully balanced—not overly sweet, with a tender crust and rich filling. The goat cheese quiches were outstanding as well: light, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, the kind of quality you hope for from a true French bakery.
Just as impressive as the food was the experience itself. The staff was warm, welcoming, and happy to help, which makes stopping in feel easy and enjoyable rather than rushed. It’s the kind of place you want to support and keep coming back to—not just for the pastries and quiche, but for the role it plays as a friendly, local gathering spot. Et Voilà! adds something special to the community, and we’re glad it’s here.

There’s a new French bakery perched on top of Lookout Mountain, and it’s easily become my favorite bakery anywhere. The baker trained in a French culinary school, and you can taste that expertise in every loaf and pastry. The dough is fermented for several days, creating incredible depth of flavor—rich, tangy, and perfectly textured in a way you rarely find outside of France.
Every item here has a story, and that makes the experience even better. The coffee beans come from Laos, part of a project that helped farmers transition away from poppy and opium production. The milk used in the lattes and cappuccinos is A2—sourced from local Jersey cows—making it gentler on the stomach while still impossibly creamy.
Whether you drive or ride your bike, the trip up Lookout Mountain is worth it. This bakery combines technique, ethics, and flavor in a way that feels truly special. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Very friendly staff. They make everything fresh with no preservatives. Their prices are amazing and the pastry and coffee I got were perfection! They also gave me a little glass of sparkling water with my Cortado as a palette cleanser, a nice touch and much appreciated. Only alternative milk option was almond but they use A2 whole milk which I appreciated. The decor and ambiance was a bit lacking but it was very clean and nice inside regardless. Definitely a place I’d come to get some writing or work done, so peaceful. So glad I found this place, I can’t wait to come back!!

This is a perfect place to stop after biking up Lookout. The whole place is brand new. I wish I had taken a picture of the pristine bathroom!
I got quiche and some of the little pastries—which were just sweet enough. Seemed authentic! Next time I will try the croissant with jam. Espresso was on point. Service was what you’d expect from a fine restaurant. Will definitely come back!

We stopped by after leaving Look Out Mountain Park and Buffalo Bill Museum. We all had their Chocolate Croissants and they were nice and flaky, buttery and the chocolate so nice a rich. They also had Quiche, Coffee, Waters and Juice plus other items we didn’t try. If you go by to sight see, I’d stop by.

Stopped here for a latte last Sunday after biking lookout mountain. This place is a treasure and I am so happy there is a great coffee shop at the top of lookout! Much needed in that location!

Et Voila is a total delight tucked away near Lookout Mountain Park. The pastries are next-level—crispy, buttery, and clearly made with love. I tried a pan au chocolat and a bag of savory cougeres, and both were flawless. Baguette is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The café has a European countryside feel—light streaming through the windows, soft music playing, and the smell of fresh-baked goodness in the air. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to catch up with a friend over a cappuccino. Friendly staff, great atmosphere – the perfect stop after a morning hike. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

Amazing bakery! Staff was incredibly friendly and explained how everything is baked fresh daily and made with no preservatives. The chocolate croissant was so warm, buttery, flaky, and just melted in my mouth. We also had a drip coffee and a latte. Coffee was perfect strength, and the latte was a perfect balance of milk and espresso. Definitely a stop if you are going to Lookout Moutain as there is plenty of parking for both cars and bicycles.
