I come here once a week if not then for sure twice an week‼️ this is definitely my go-to ALL YOU CAN EAT sushi place Alex ((The host)) always greets us with a smile on his face. The waitresses are fast and kind. Never had an issue here and would DEFINITELY recommend anyone who likes to do the all you can eat or like to order the rolls and sushi individually

This was actually the worst dining experience of my life thus far, and I’ve never felt scammed by a restaurant until now. From the start, the ambiance and customer service were unsettling. Our party was ignored, and every interaction we had with our server was brief—she seemed visibly annoyed the entire time. Important note: this was our first time dining here, and we had high expectations.

We ordered waters and no other beverages, which clearly irritated the server, as if not ordering drinks was an inconvenience. We were going to order other beverages later and said just waters for now. However, the server never asked us if we wanted to order soda or alcohol. Two members of our party chose the “All You Can Eat” option for $27.45. Food came out painfully slow; tables around us were receiving dish after dish as well as beverage refills, while ours took 10–15 minutes per item. I ordered a roll, and everyone else received their food long before me, which was uncomfortable.

We were the only table not given a water carafe, and we all ran out of water. I asked three separate times for refills and waited 30 minutes with an empty cup. When the server finally brought water, she looked annoyed and didn’t apologize. How does a restaurant neglect to give customers water? I genuinely almost choked at one point—when you’re eating, you need something to drink.

The worst part was being charged a $13 leftovers fee, which we reluctantly paid just so we could leave the awful situation. When we questioned the charge, the server was rude, dismissive, and made no attempt to explain or sympathize. She brought over a sign from another table across the restaurant indicating a $0.50-per-roll charge for not finishing every roll of sushi you order in the All You Can Eat. We tried to explain that we were first-time customers and that the entire experience—from poor service to lack of communication—was unfair. She didn’t care and even said to me, “I’m not talking to you.”

I will be reporting this business. This experience was genuinely traumatizing, and I truly feel like we were scammed and treated terribly. They are scammers, and if they insist on predatory practices like charging for leftovers (which is unheard of), they need to verbally tell every table upfront and place those signs directly at each table so customers know.

BEWARE OF E SUSHI.

Yesterday, February 3rd, we visited this restaurant after it was recommended by friends. The interior is interesting, and the sushi is tasty.
Unfortunately, the service was at an extremely low level and completely ruined the experience. The woman who served us was rude — she placed the food on the table aggressively, almost throwing it, which made us feel like unwelcome guests. We tried to ask questions about the menu, but she was unable to explain the items or understand our questions. A language barrier by itself is not an issue; however, her tone and manner of communication were unacceptable.
Because of this level of service, we have no desire to return.
I would like to mention one positive point: the male chef was very polite, asked if everything was okay, and said goodbye to us at the exit. That left a good impression.
I usually leave tips of 20% or more, but this time the tip was minimal. Unfortunately, mainly because of the service, we most likely will not return.

The experience at eSushi was top-notch! The staff was super friendly and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was chill and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Plus, the sushi was absolutely delicious – each piece was a burst of flavor. I left feeling totally satisfied and already planning my next visit!

Highway robbery – this was our go to sushi place. We have ordered from here for years. Tonight we thought it would be fun to bring the kids and eat there. They don’t eat sushi, just miso soup and edamame. I didn’t know the pink sheets were basically the bible and if you put your Order on it to help organize everything for the waitress, it basically means EVERYONE at the table was signing up for the all you could eat dinner.

Waitress was saying something about measuring the kids and I was confused so I said “the kids are only having miso soup and edamame.” That’s all they ate, we order 3 rolls and a beer. Even when it became blatantly obvious we had no intention to do all you could eat or the kids being able to eat the basic kids menus or that we had any idea that’s what we were doing, I was told it’s how we were served and they couldn’t charge us from the menu as we thought we had been ordering because of portion sizes of the Edamame…I wouldn’t even mind paying the menu price of the edamame which is apparently larger but it was clear they weren’t going to help us. We calculated the menu price for everything we ordered. $58(before tip) and were handed a $150 check. We loved this place, the food is good. The service, felt like we were taken advantage of because of a language barrier even when it was pretty obvious we were not doing the all you could eat with 5 year olds and by the amount we ordered…I mean we had tiny kids, come on.

Unfortunately, I don’t think we will be back. I have easily spent thousands in sushi here, and I am just really disappointed with the way this was handled. Probably my last dime they will see from me.

I come here somewhat frequently. The food and service are consistently very good. The staff is extremely friendly and polite. The fish is sweet and soft. The price is reasonable. The environment is clean and comfortable. No place is perfect, but I cannot come up with any giant criticism about this place. It is solid. If you forced me to complain, I would probably say that the physical menu could be a little clearer (could use an update/redesign). If you like sushi, this is a place that is definitely worth visiting once, and likely worth visiting again. I recommend the Chicago roll.
